    ** Bio **
    I'm Paul Kerton, a former Personal Trainer and Vegan Nutritionist, I am now a full-time Social Media Influencer. Not so long ago, in a misguided attempt to try and grow muscle as quickly as possible, I ended up eating more animal products than probably anyone you've ever met. Through research, I came to learn the deleterious effects that eating even quite trivial amounts of animal products has on one's health and through personal experience, I found that far from being a hindrance to sports performance, a well-planned vegan diet is actually optimal! Then with an open heart, I looked at how we treat animals in order for them to end up on our plates and it shook me to the core. I could not believe that for so long I fell for the lies that others tell us, that we tell ourselves, in order that we perpetuate this destructive behavior. Destructive to ourselves, the beautiful, intelligent sentient beings that are here with us and indeed our very planet. To try and put right my part in all of this I was compelled to overcome my fear of being filmed for UA-cam and television, appearing on the radio and more recently public speaking. On a spiritual level, I've come to realise that my fellow man too is suffering. If I won't see harm come to a chicken I've never met then why would I be unkind to my brother man? If someone is being aggressive or unkind toward me, surely the suffering inflicted on them in the past is simply spilling over? Do I want to add to that, or can I step out of my ego long enough to forgive them and maybe break the cycle of negativity? This former, quick-to-anger "meat-head" bouncer has been on one transformative journey!

      Most of these foods are a great treat and we love them alongside whole food meals. I can never understand the weakness in people when they go back to eating animals when there’s so much amazing plant based food out there !

    Lectins, Oxalates, Phytates and Insoluble fibres and high glucose sounds lovely. Cant wait for nutrition blockers high glucose levels and bloating. Keto is more effective and helps improve health by keeping inflammation low and maintaining stable Glucose and keeping up Insulin sensitivity.

      Yep,
      UK is leading in veganism, it's really good for doctors to make money selling you medications you don't need to begin with.
      It's really good for companies to make money because they don't care about people. They don't even care about animals either, only money.
      I'd rather have my butter, meat and eggs and be sorted.

      I have been vegan for 4 years, nothing you stated happened to me, so you are just full of bs

    • @PJH088Y
      @PJH088Y 29 днів тому

      @@mateblaga haha but it's not bs there is evidence to back it, Lectins, Oxalates and Phytates are in vegetables, seeds, nuts etc and not only that starches, sugars and carbs do spike glucose and insulin and you will never get all amino acids from a plant based lifestyle it is impossible same as carnitine, creatine, collagen, thymine and vitamin B12 is not vegan and only comes from animals unless it's synthetic. So call it bs you only think that because you can't stomach a reality that humans are Hyper-carnivorous omnivore and have been since Cromagnon stage of Humans ancestry also not only this the healthy time period for a human is the paleolithic period where diet was 70% animal based and 30% other. So vegan in a nutshell is basically like Lenny from Shark tale but with envy of people that eat the proper human diet. So you maybe fine now and hopefully you stay that way but it may catch up on you I'm a Carnivore I don't wish to sell a fad it's just ancestral fact unlike the vegan diet which is a fad and no ancestral evidence to back it up. Plus carbs cause oxidization phosphorylation whitch causes cancer and accelerates ageing. Long story short call it bs that's your opinion I live of facts so enjoy.

      Any vegan that has no ancestral data to prove that vegan is sustainable and that fake leather looks or feels as good as real leather can continue there fad and when they get ill il be standing here in my £600 Lamb Skin Trench Coat eating as much meat and eggs as I wish and enjoy the satisfaction of a good nutritionally rich juicy meal with that lovely tender haemoglobin within that lovely steak or the lovely creamy taste of that egg yolk and that amazing salty taste of a nice bit of bacon and so much more.
