I can’t have alcohol at all what is a good substitute please
The alcohol gets cooked away. If the reason is medical, double-check with your doctor first.
@@JesusisLord-7A Thank you - yes medically I can’t have alcohol I did use wine in a recipe some time ago and it had adverse effects I generally use broth to deglaze and for flavor
Chef Kris says you can use beef broth in place of the wine 💛
