Rickson is a legend in the BJJ/MMA world but most of all, he's a man with a philosophy and spirit that he's attempted to pass on to many.

I really love how humble Richson Gracie is and how in touch with his mind body and spirit. In the choke doco tournament the last fight his opponents eyes were pretty much closed an his team said " attack his face" but he didn't throw a punch that wasn't to set up a choke. Amazing skill an humility to focus on his ability rather than punish his oppt or hurt him more than nessesary....what a legend. I love how passionate and loving the Gracies are towards everyone especially their family....HUGE RESPECT!!!🙏🙏 Ps if a person attacks a weakness in a hurtful way, i believe they are fighting out of fear rather than discipline etc. He was a champ bc he flowed like water!

I loved his choke documentary I got a vhs copy of my own in 1996. What an inspiration! Everything about his outlook on life is martial artist…everything.
I know the man who taught yoga to Rickson personally. A true master who is highly spiritual and I admire Rickson on working hard on his mind and spirit through proper breathing to achieve meditation and spiritual elevation.
