Thank you so much for the whole series!! I hope it gets a revisit in the future but totally understand if not!! You’ve put so much work into this, it cannot be recognized enough. Genuine love good sir.
Thank you zoom zike, I can’t wait to see what else you do after this. I stayed for the party but you’re a great creator. I can’t wait for everyone of your uploads
This is a bit of a shot in the dark, but I’ve recently been replaying the Mario & Luigi RPGs and I’d love to know the ins and outs of game events, enemy attack chances, gear drop chances, etc! I’m just super curious to see what’s under the hood!
Earlier you said only Party Tent would be covered, but the Duel mode Star Battle Arena is based on is playable in the Party Tent via the 1v1 option. Thus, if this were to cover Party Tent, spaces that only appear in that mode (Challenge and VS) should count, and thus so should the Challenge minigames.
Before I even watch the video, I just want to preface how excited I am for this episode! Mario Party 8 was not only my first Mario Party game, but it’s also my favorite, and it really makes me sour how little it’s talked about. So thank you for continuing Identifying Luck purely for this game alone. I love all the effort you put into IL, and it was a joy hearing about the surprising amount of technicalities that go into each MP game!
I have a giant soft spot for this game for also being my first. And while I went an episode of hating the game, I realized how stupid and foolish I was. Sure the Minigames may not be great but the boards are awesome. (Somehow the Lucky Space is the one thing that makes the best boards of this game. Well, unless it’s you-know-what.)
Yeeesssss!! This was my childhood MP game (that I am completely biased about) and I'm so happy getting a new perspective on the game I knew nothing about with my seven-year-old brain. I want to revisit MP8 so much ever since our old Wii broke (which was like eight years ago I'm getting so old...)
Glad we're on the same page This and DS were my first MP games and 8 is still a favorite of mine from the ones I've played (8, DS, 9, Island Tour, Super, and Superstars).
@@nate567987 Not actually true. Most people tend to forget that Party DS was also a Hudson game and released after 8. DS is also pretty much the only handheld game aside from Super Party to actually follow the original MP format too.
It's been by far my favorite map since I was like 3-5 years old. It makes sense as I'm a big fan of roguelikes, but there's also the factor that I was really scared of the pitfalls at that age (in a good way).
IKR? Growing up it was my sister's favorite (I was a Goomba's Booty Boardwalk girl. Now business school has changed me into a Koopa's Tycoon Town girl instead). I just enjoy the variety within it. And I think this game just has a nice variety in the kinds of boards it has.
@@maddiemcnugget1076 This game has some pretty neat board ideas for sure, Koopa's Tycoon Town is basically a more economic centric take on Windmillville, and Shy Guy's Perplex Express is just a really cool concept for a board. King Boo's Haunted Hideaway was a cool idea, but the execution left something to be desired. Bowser's Warped Orbit was a bit underwhelming compared to previous Star Stealing centric boards and DK's Treetop Temple was a fairly uneventful starting board. Koopa and Shy Guy's are by and far away the best two though, I just wish we could get them in a game with a more interesting item system (whether that be 6 or 7's Orbs or 3's generally amazing item pool.) Honestly the weakest board by far is Goomba's though, it's the same premise as Pagoda Peak from 7, but instead of building upon it (like Koopa's Tycoon Town did over Windmillville,) it just felt all around dumbed down with a lot less strategy in play (partially because the star at the end was free, partially because traps didn't exist to discourage just hyperfocusing on rolling big.)
Figuring out the craziness behind King Boo's Haunted Hideaway must've been a blast. It certainly was a blast to learn! (Whoever had to code this map must've had nightmares...)
Not really, the generated map have that set of rules for a reason, because it is one of the easiest and simplest map generator to code + the most logical
I don't know why I've watched 25 and a half hours of mechanical analysis of the design of Mario Party games over the course of several years, but I've certainly learned a lot. Good stuff.
I think MP8 is fairly underrated in the grand scheme of things, its often grouped in with the newer ones when it was functionally a second Mario Party 7 that happened to be ported to the Wii.
While it was a pain to explain, tbh, king boo's board actually sounds like it'd be a ton of fun to actually play. If nothing else, it's SUPER unique as far as Mario Party is concerned
hi zoomzike, i dont tend to comment on videos but i wanted to say thank you for making both this series and this video. i have autism and for the longest time have been extremely interested in mario party 8, so having something this long form and informative to be able to watch over and over again has been a blessing. thank you for all the work youve put into identifying luck, it's been a delight to follow along with
Mario Party 8, even though it has many problems, will always be my favorite Mario Party. It was the game that got me into Mario Party in the first place and I will never forget replaying Shy Guy's Perplex Express and King Boo's Haunted Hideaway over and over again and spending so many hours messing around in the minigame section and constantly playing my favorite minigames like In the Nick of Time, Treacherous Tightrope, Bomb Omb's away, Chump Rope, King of the Thrill, and unfortunately Shake it up and I didn't know the obvious joke because I was so young. Thinking about it now I loved the simple motion control games like At the Chomp Wash, Breakneck Building, and Attention Grabber because they were really simple for me to understand and were fun to shake the wii remote as fast as I could (I am convinced they are the reason why I love button mashers so much too). But I also really liked the platforming ones too like Sick and Twisted, Gun the Runner, and Rotation Station and for some reason specifically Cut from the team (which also may have gave me my trauma for nearly giving me a heart attack and bias towards it too). In short, this video is spectacular and I am so happy that one of my favorite games now has an extremely in-depth strategy guide on it (Especially King Boo's board). Thank you so much for making Identifying Luck and I'm so grateful that Mario Party 8 even has a video on it. You did a fantastic job!
It's finally here, and as glorious as I expected. This series was awesome and fun to sit through, even through their massive length. Here's to our future dice rolls, to all the laughs and screams from all our games, and to the future!
And there it is. The “last” one. This series has been such a huge way for me to kill time when I’m bored, it’s almost weird to see it end this way. Wish you the best on your next venture!
@@HuedenneSuperstars is only stuff from previous mario parties so it wouldn't be really interesting, however it's a damn shame to not do Mario Party DS. I guess i understand tho
I am probably THE biggest Mario party 8 fan there is. So let me express that I am endlessly grateful that you're covering the core mechanics of one of my favorite games ever, it means more to me than you know, and great work on the series as a whole.
I don't think it's accurate to say the roulette timing is on the left, 7-8 o'clock makes more sense. If you look at when the dart is actually starting to move, the target spot has already passed the 9 o'clock position. Bottom left is also what I relied on the last time I played. Thank you for all the research on all the games, it has come in handy for our crew! - Steeler
Can't say for sure since it's been years since I've played this game, 7-8ish is roughly where I've always thrown, and I recall always hitting pretty close to dead center.
Have absolutely loved this series, thank you for all the hard work you've put in. Shame you're not covering DS as I consider it a full and proper classic entry. Thank you for all these hours of info and mario party love!
I never thought this would happen, so I tried making my own when you said you were stopping at mario party 7. It's very difficult, and I gave up at 52 minutes(mostly the script - I have 0 exp in making scripts), so I'm extremely happy to see this come to life! Mario Party 8 was the first and favorite of the series.
ZoomZike I told a friend that has never played Mario Party before that the chance space dice can be timed to get the result you want, and that the first roll is slowest. They ended up using that info to steal a star for me, causing me to eventually lose the game. I demand you give me an apology for my loss please
Here's a good tip for potentially looking for King Boo, at 1:04:55 you state that you should look for the stairs getting a sneak peek at the dead end room, you already talked about looking for it for the first star, 1:15:30 but I learned that landing on a DK or Bowser space, you can get a peek of a pitfall room, look for the stairs in the pitfall room and write down where not to go, it mostly applies when Bowser occupying it but knowing where not King Boo is can give you an edge in a weird way.
i never remember the 4:3 so whenever i play it i get shocked every time! and like i never notice it until after a while too. like halfway through the game i'll just be like OH!
Now this. THIS game was the start of my Mario Party journey! I've had great memories playing this game. The boards are super fun, Shy Guy's Perplex Express being my favorite! And getting to play as both Blooper & Hammer Bro as unlockable characters was crazy! Luigi & Hammer Bro are my mains in this game!
I think the thing I’ll miss the most from these videos is just the joy-filled announcement of MARIO PARTY at the beginning of each one, it’s just so happy and gets me excited for the video I’m about to watch
I'm not going to have time to watch this video for a while, but I'm excited to see the analysis for King Boo's map. When I was young, I got an intuition for how the board would be layed out that gave me a practically insurmountable edge over everyone I played with. I want to see what the proper way to think about that map is, and compare it with my young self's understanding. This was/is a fantastic series, Zike! These games deserve this sort of analysis, and you did just about the best job anyone could've done at analysing them. EDIT: are you sure there are no more rules for King Boo's board layout? I seem to recall having a rule of thumb relating to distance from start (in terms of rooms one must traverse) and which dead end is likely to contain King Boo. If there are no more rules than what you described, I think young me got really weird luck with layouts. That said, my memory's fuzzy enough that I may be misremembering things. It may be that, in all instances where I remember calling out which room held King Boo before seeing any dead ends entered,¹ it was always near the start of the game where the throne room entrance direction is known. ¹I know that my conviction in these guesses matched the odds of me being right. Where I was convinced, I was always right, and where I was pretty sure, I was right more often than not. Again, it could be that these guesses all happened at the start of games. I don't think they did, but my memory's fuzzy, so maybe.
I think this video has unlocked a core memory I remember playing this game as a kid but have totally forgotten about it until now, I remember playing for hours just alone vs the CPU's when not having friends or family around to play with. Maybe I'll have to find a way to play it again and crush the competition thanks to Zoomzike
Just finished and im glad i was able to get my own bit at rotations station. Glad i was able to help with the video even though my role was small. What a great finale to an amazing series!
Been watching since the Mario Party 2 days, and I gotta say this series has been one hell of a ride! Haven't watched this yet, but just from the intro, I can tell this is gonna be great as always! While it's sad to see this series close, when one story ends, another one begins. Can't wait to see what the future will have in store!
I am honestly depressed to know that this is the end. Ive enjoyed this series so much and it honestly makes my day to see a new entry of this series. Thank you so much for putting all this effort to your videos and I wish you the best!
Since the single player challenge minigames aren't in this video, here are my notes on all 3 of them Fruit Picker: Point the cursor at a fruit and start naming off the 5 initials of the names of the fruits in a circle while following each one with your cursor. Keep repeating these initials and be sure to keep track of your first fruit as it starts to rotate and turn around. You have 20 seconds to choose 1-3 of the correct fruit, so take your time and continue to say the initials so you know the exact order of the fruits. You don't have to click on the fruits in the designated order given, just make sure you pick the right ones. Pour to Score: Figure out 50 points before the target number. Put the Wii remote straight down and carefully watch the number until it goes to about 50 before, then pull it straight up. The number will go an extra 15-25 points past the "50" stopping point. Your remote is upright now and has stopped pouring, so just slowly tilt the remote to the left slightly above a 90 degree angle to get to the target number. Stampede: There's 20 seconds on the clock and you need to stamp 20 papers and will lose 2 points for every Bowser you stamp. Take about a little less than a second to see if there is black for Bowser. If not, swing the Wii remote down. If there's Bowser, press A or B.
I’m really glad you decided to go ahead with 8, series is always so fun especially with the one I’ve probably spent the most time on since 2, 3 and 4. Amazing work as always
Zike, I've been following these Identifying Luck videos since the first one, and I just want to say that you have my utmost respect. For a series that a lot of people peg as being mostly luck-based, going through every individual board, item, and minigame throughout these eight games to determine how much skill can be applied to each of them must've taken an insane amount of time and research, not to mention editing with how long these videos are. For as many hours as I've invested into these games, you've introduced me to so much information about them that even I didn't know, and your passion for the series is abundantly clear. If this truly is the final IL video from you, then you went out on a high note and I look forward to whatever else you have in store for your channel. Thank you so much for working so hard to give us this incredible series that's no doubt given countless people a newfound appreciation for Mario Party.
HE'S ALIVE! Mario Party 8 is by far my favorite (and my first one) so I'm extra excited to watch this. If this is the finale then what a banger to end on.
one thing that always stood out to me about this game was how the boards are absolutely loaded with red and green spaces in a way none of the other games are, so 2v2 and 1v3 minigames were significantly more common than usual. Straight up, there was one 20 turn game I played where we got 1v3s so often we played all of them and the game had to start repeating them from the list.
I watched the entire series from 1 to 7 and I really thought you weren't gonna make an 8 video but here we are and what a great finale! I'm so happy you finish things off with a bang!
So great to see you back! This is going to be great, my childhood Mario Party game getting the ZoomZike treatment. Insane to see the effort you put into your videos, three and a half hours??
i cannot tell you how excited i was to see this pop up!! loved the series so far and 8 was the only mario party i really played as a kid after i got it for my birthday one year, and i was really hoping that 7 wouldnt be the end. thanks so much for all the effort youve put into this series!!!
Ever since seeing the 1st one, and sticking around till the end, all I wanna say is thanks. Now I will beat all my friends at this children’s party game
HOW THE FRICK DID YOU GET THIS DONE IN 4 MONTHS!?!?!?!? The only thing I can think of is that you were working on this while working on IL7. Still holy crap This is the Mario Party game I grew up with. So I have fond memories. So whether or not you're gonna tear this game a new butthole, I'm going to enjoy this.
You know, my friends and I heard a rumor about the hotels board, and I'm glad you put it to rest. The rumor was that if players invested enough into the lucky-space hotels they'd upgrade into 5-star ones. I had my suspicions but I'm glad to have that rumor solved. Thanks!
Haven't started the video, but I am excited as hell to watch this episode. You've been doing a lot of work with the Identifying Luck series and each one was beautiful and carefully structured and crafted. Congratulations on reaching the finish line and your achievements with this series ZoomZike!
Man, I've been watching since the Mario Party 2 video came out. This has been an absolutely wild series of years. This is easily the best series of videos about Mario Party on the internet. You should be extremely proud of yourself for this. This series, I think, has single handedly done the most for demonstrating just how much is under the player's control in these games that have a reputation for being nothing but luck. Yes there is luck involved, but there are ways to maximize your odds and that's a skill. I genuinely applaud the achievement of making such an in-depth series. Great work ZoomZike
The funny thing is that I already knew about those helpful hints for the King Boo board. This is why my friends HATED playing that board map with me. Now at times, I was wrong but I was always able to figure out where a dead end will be at.
Ah mario party 8...my 3rd ever Mario party game. Right after mario party DS and Mario Party Advance. This game is more than than you remember: But it still has very Low Lows. A novelty mario party among novelties
I legit remembered this series existed last night and decided to start watching through it again just to find this, I truly am living in the best timeline
Any ZoomZike video coming out means the day's gonna be a good one, and getting an Identifying Luck for the first Mario Party game I played is just about the best thing there could've been. I remember being so excited when this one was announced at the end of the MP7 Identifying Luck and it did not disappoint; I loved this series of videos as a whole and this is a strong note to end it on, provided you don't eventually have plans for any other games.
3:51 One thing to note about Running Star, is it only counts the spaces you actually hit rather than the number you rolled. So if in say the King Boo board, you roll a 24 on three dice, move 8 spaces and hit a dead end that ends your movement, the game will only count those 8 spaces and not the remaining 16. Learned that from observing TRG's playthrough. Duelo Candy I imagine would be similar. I don't know if this is how it worked in 7 too or the later games.
YES LET’S GO FINALLY MARIO PARTY 8 IDENTIFYING LUCK IS HERE! As someone who used to play this game almost religiously as a child, I’m so excited to see just how jank the game actually is, and the strats as well! Another banger by ZoomZike!
This is an excellent video. Mario Party 8 is nostalgic and I loved seeing you talk about the boards and mini games. I think this game is a blast and I always have fun whenever I am playing it. Thank you for doing this game justice on the Identifying Luck series!
Bro you can’t just release this now… my favorite Mario party… It all started with Mario party 1 and we are here. Thank you zoomzike, I can’t wait to see what the after party will be
Alrighttt, I really want to request ‘identifying luck in mario party 9’!! In what is probably a contraversiol opinion, mario party is my favorite mario party game, mainly because it was my first one. This series has been amazing and i’m keeping my fingers crossed for the mp9 followup. Whatever you choose to do; this has been a very entertaining time!!
I'd love it if you also did a video on Wii Party as a spin-off video of the identifying luck series. That one was always our favourite of the party games on Wii among my friend group at school due to the variety of different gamemodes.
Hell yeah! Whilst not my first MP, it certainly holds a special place in my heart when I was a kid, I played it a lot and loved it, glad to finally see its inner workings, great work!
Im glad you committed to finishing this series with mario party 8. Maybe in the future the ds titles can be added to the list, but for now this is a great conclusion for all those years of build up. Good luck on your other projects, it'll be interesting to see what you have in mind given what you've done so far
Rewatching this video after several months, I just wanna say that one more tiny tip for Scooter Pursuit is to line up your opponents if possible. The invincibility frames don’t block other shots, it causes the shots to fly through the target, meaning if you have line of sight on a bunch of people who have bunched up together or are otherwise in a straight line, it is an easy way to get quick points during the chaos of the fight.
I have to say that in all the time I had ever played or watched Mario Party 8 I have *NEVER* seen the Lucky Space on King Boo's Haunted Hideaway before. Also, Shy Guy's Perplex Express has to be my favorite Mario Party board of all time. Thank you for giving this series to us ZoomZike.
Was legit not expecting this. I have enjoyed watching your series and witnessing how Mario Party evolved from the original to it's last interpretation of the classic formula.
FUCK YES IT'S FINALLY HERE!!! Everyone's favorite Mario Party is the one they grew up on... Which means I've been waiting a *long* time for my favorite. This whole series has been an incredible ride!!
Something to note about King Boo's Haunted Hideaway: the AI always knows where King Boo is and will attempt to make a beeline to him whenever possible, and if they have 9 or less coins upon reaching him then you know where to go yourself. That aside I've enjoyed this series so thanks for making it.
Never thought we'd get this far, but here it is! It's been a long ride, and as much as I love doing these, there are other big video projects I want to work on too! For now, let's treat this one as the final entry, and if something happens to come after, then it'll be a sweet surprise! Huge thanks to everyone that's assisted with info for this series over the years; you have my sincerest gratitude and utmost respect. And thank you all for watching as well!

This and DS were my first MP games and 8 is still a favorite of mine from the ones I've played (8, DS, 9, Island Tour, Super, and Superstars).
Same here for the former! (I'd say DS still owns my heart, but I enjoy 8 a ton)
The last numbered entry that followed the traditional formula, and a game I've got a lot of nostalgia for. Welcome, Mario Party 8!
and the last hudson game
@@nate567987 Not actually true. Most people tend to forget that Party DS was also a Hudson game and released after 8. DS is also pretty much the only handheld game aside from Super Party to actually follow the original MP format too.
@@SandwitchZebraOMG WAIT WHAT?! I never knew MP8 came out before MPDS, even if by a few months . 07 to Hudson made MP games
Mario Party DS exists, so it’s not the last entry.
@@TheUKNutter I don't think "DS" is a number.
After watching this series for years, it’ll be sad to see it go, thanks all the identifications of luck!
I think King Boo's mansion might actually be my favorite concept for a board. It's so strange and whacky.
I don’t think anything will ever dethrone Koopas Tycoon Town for me
Mario party the rouge-like
It's been by far my favorite map since I was like 3-5 years old.
Koopa and Shy Guy's are by and far away the best two though, I just wish we could get them in a game with a more interesting item system (whether that be 6 or 7's Orbs or 3's generally amazing item pool.)
Honestly the weakest board by far is Goomba's though, it's the same premise as Pagoda Peak from 7, but instead of building upon it (like Koopa's Tycoon Town did over Windmillville,) it just felt all around dumbed down with a lot less strategy in play (partially because the star at the end was free, partially because traps didn't exist to discourage just hyperfocusing on rolling big.)
If nothing else, it's SUPER unique as far as Mario Party is concerned
hi zoomzike, i dont tend to comment on videos but i wanted to say thank you for making both this series and this video. i have autism and for the longest time have been extremely interested in mario party 8, so having something this long form and informative to be able to watch over and over again has been a blessing. thank you for all the work youve put into identifying luck, it's been a delight to follow along with
Absolutely, glad you enjoyed :)
Y'know, I've never played any Mario Party game, and probably never will, but I've watched every single Identifying Luck. It's one hell of a series.
Well this is a happy surprise! I thought you would stop at 7. Glad you did 8 too! It was the one I had as a kid.
Nah the last one was DS and now we have Superstars too that fits the classic formula
@@HuedenneSuperstars is only stuff from previous mario parties so it wouldn't be really interesting, however it's a damn shame to not do Mario Party DS. I guess i understand tho
@@starlite5154 Superstars has tons of changes to boards, mechanics and minigames though so there would still be plenty to cover
@@starlite5154To be fair, some of the minigames did see some changes, and the boards were changed some.
@@LloydTheZephyrian not different enough
I am probably THE biggest Mario party 8 fan there is. So let me express that I am endlessly grateful that you're covering the core mechanics of one of my favorite games ever, it means more to me than you know, and great work on the series as a whole.
BLASPHEMY I AM THE BIGGEST FAN OF MARIO PARTY 8
@@Beanie6900no.. i am
@@ddsbo NO ME!
Finally, a “strategy guide” for MP8, now I’m going to to be able to win consistently on the one Mario Party I play often with my family, thanks!!
:D
Mapping the boo mansion was a genius level move. Well done.
This series thus far has truly been a rollercoaster of emotions, in the best way possible!
The first few Identifying Lucks have been mainstays for me sleep rotation. Thank you for more 🖤
Have absolutely loved this series, thank you for all the hard work you've put in.
Foreshadowing! He said Jamboree!
From MSM ( reference)?
The game being in 4:3 with 16:9 menus pretty much proves that this game was intended for release on Gamecube and was moved to Wii halfway through
i never remember the 4:3 so whenever i play it i get shocked every time! and like i never notice it until after a while too. like halfway through the game i'll just be like OH!
i adore the pannenkoek reference whenever you’re explaining things with diagrams
Mario Party 8 is my favourite game in the series, so I am excited to watch this video over the next few days.
Thank you for the years of entertainment you've given us through this series, I am happy to have been here through the series
That Haunted Hideaway breakdown was super interesting! Loved this video, was really cool seing you deconstruct one of my favourite childhood games!
Been here since Identifying Luck: Mario Party and these are a joy to binge
Finally, I can learn the optimal strategy for Shake It Up.
I can finally learn the optimal movements for shaking a large stick up and down
Never thought we’d make it to this gem, but here we are. 8’s a treat of a game that I will cherish for a long time
I think this video has unlocked a core memory I remember playing this game as a kid but have totally forgotten about it until now, I remember playing for hours just alone vs the CPU's when not having friends or family around to play with. Maybe I'll have to find a way to play it again and crush the competition thanks to Zoomzike
I didn't think you'd actually do 8.
But I am incredibly happy you did.
Much appreciation.
fell asleep and this auto-played for 42 mins. Very soothing. Thanks
Just finished and im glad i was able to get my own bit at rotations station. Glad i was able to help with the video even though my role was small. What a great finale to an amazing series!
This feels like the Batfamily would watch before playing together
Been watching since the Mario Party 2 days, and I gotta say this series has been one hell of a ride! Haven't watched this yet, but just from the intro, I can tell this is gonna be great as always!
While it's sad to see this series close, when one story ends, another one begins. Can't wait to see what the future will have in store!
I am honestly depressed to know that this is the end. Ive enjoyed this series so much and it honestly makes my day to see a new entry of this series. Thank you so much for putting all this effort to your videos and I wish you the best!
It's here! Sad to see the journey end, but glad to have been here for the wonderful ride! Thanks for all the work put in to this incredible series!
Since the single player challenge minigames aren't in this video, here are my notes on all 3 of them
Fruit Picker: Point the cursor at a fruit and start naming off the 5 initials of the names of the fruits in a circle while following each one with your cursor.
Wow, no April fools vid, no June marathon, im scared this may be the end.
In my opinion this Mario Party has the best vibe out of all of them. Its like its trying its hardest to be cool and its working
Mario getting assaulted by trumpets is exactly how I feel about Mario Party 8.
Heart jumped seeing this, I know what I’m tuning into tonight. I love these deep dives and this series has been amazing!
one thing that always stood out to me about this game was how the boards are absolutely loaded with red and green spaces in a way none of the other games are, so 2v2 and 1v3 minigames were significantly more common than usual. Straight up, there was one 20 turn game I played where we got 1v3s so often we played all of them and the game had to start repeating them from the list.
This is the best series on this website. Congrats on finishing this gauntlet Zike!
Idk why but whenever I wake up, this is playing
SAMEEE
i cannot tell you how excited i was to see this pop up!! loved the series so far and 8 was the only mario party i really played as a kid after i got it for my birthday one year, and i was really hoping that 7 wouldnt be the end. thanks so much for all the effort youve put into this series!!!
Still holy crap
This is the Mario Party game I grew up with.
Bro dropped a banger with no warning 😮
Catching up on my Mario Party knowledge before Jamboree releases. You’re coming in clutch, Zoomies.
Never thought the day would come
The funny thing is that I already knew about those helpful hints for the King Boo board.
1:20:29 OMG It’s the infamous quote where Kamek said a slur and got Mario Party 8 recalled
That's my bad for not substituting European footage for that part
🥳My first and currently only Mario Party game!
I legit remembered this series existed last night and decided to start watching through it again just to find this, I truly am living in the best timeline
Identifying Luck Mario Party DS Please
You did 8 as well? You’ve made so many Wii nostalgists like myself so happy
We got Mario Party 8?!?!?!?! I never thought we would! I wonder if there's hope for DS getting one. That game was so big in my childhood
Zoomzike we miss you :
This is an excellent video. Mario Party 8 is nostalgic and I loved seeing you talk about the boards and mini games. I think this game is a blast and I always have fun whenever I am playing it. Thank you for doing this game justice on the Identifying Luck series!
Will you come back?
Honestly this is a great finale considering this is the last one before the "CAR ERA" and a nice close off point.
Bro you can’t just release this now… my favorite Mario party…
It all started with Mario party 1 and we are here.
If you make any more after this, I hope Mario Party DS is gone over.
I'd love it if you also did a video on Wii Party as a spin-off video of the identifying luck series. That one was always our favourite of the party games on Wii among my friend group at school due to the variety of different gamemodes.
Oh yeah! Same
LET’S GO!!! Best Mario Party is here 🥳
Hell yeah! Whilst not my first MP, it certainly holds a special place in my heart when I was a kid, I played it a lot and loved it, glad to finally see its inner workings, great work!
Who’s hoping for Mario Party 9
Honestly me. Not only due to nostalgia but also I'm generally curious what strategies could arise in such a different board format.
Every time I watch a video from these series, I get a huge urge to go back and play these games
