I thought I had my meal all planned out, but the warmer weather changed my mind ... lol Instead of Spicy Cabbage Soup, I decided to make ** Chicken Taco Bake ** I have made a recipe similar to this before, but different. I kinda made it up as I went ;) and it turned out DELICIOUS! Maybe you have made something similar. If so, let me know in comments. If not, but you decide to try my recipe, please let me know how you like it in comments. Remember ... you can add or take away anything you want.

Love the Mexican Food but for some reason I really don't like the onions. Adrianna eats the onions so I fix her own. Oh and black or green olives should be a food group cause they r tha BOMB....
