However, I do think there is some hype concerning their comeback...evidence seen in how packed, at least the one here is, compared to some of the other casual dining restaurants around. I will look at recipes, but I don’t like reading and following a recipe. My ADD doesn’t follow directions very well. I do take bits and pieces from different things and kinda go with it. Hey there! Fortunately we had very good experiences at both Texas Roadhouse and Outback. This is the first time I had been to Outback in many years, probably 10+ years and I was very pleased. The food was good and service exceptional! Very good experience for us. We have heard good reviews on Chilies, so that is definitely on our list 🤗 Thank you for your comment ❤️

I had never seen samples like that before either. I didn’t think to ask why and if it is a normal for them. I feel like it was to help with wait times. Makalah said she had a party of 32 that turned into a party of 60+ which through things off. We did have to wait quite awhile for our food, but they were attentive and we were in no hurry. Yes, after two or three bites of the shrimp, I was done. Too much salt and breading for me. I like it better on the onion. Charlie, on the other hand, loved them. We were cold and he did a quick closing and forgot to mention how he loved them 😉 The cake was amazing! We don’t generally get desert because we get so full off everything else. We finished the cake yesterday. The video was made Saturday night … lol That is neat! We will be watching for your review! Thanks so much watching and commenting ❤️

I was thinking the same as I was filming … lol It did look hard to cut, but it really was tender and delicious 😋 We always want to give an honest review. Fortunately we haven’t had “bad” yet. At the close of this video, I did mention the more I ate of the blooming shrimp, the less I liked it. That first one was good, but after that it was just too salty much salt and breading for me. Our worst review (and it wasn’t a bad review) was Longhorn. We will definitely go back at a later date. We understand there are off times. I waitressed and managed in the industry most of my life, so I get it 😉 Thank you so much for watching and commenting ❤️

So, let me get this straight. You come here judging someone you don't know, about situations you have no clue about and you want to talk about character? Am I missing something? --Charlie

Hey Sheila, I know, I felt the same way over a year ago when I first saw Kim and Charlie's video. They are too kind to break down and respond to some things but rest assured I got the same idea last year. We live in North Alabama and are four or so hours away from these crazy folks but, we actually met them this past summer where we rented tiny cabins in a great campground here in North Alabama and truth is we are going to Kentucky in February to do the same thing again next month. As for the grandsons and the absence you mentioned. It's not my place to explain but I will say that sometimes in life really bad things happen to some really wonderful people and sometimes we have to rely on the Mercy and Grace of God to comfort us through those losses. Those two boys and their hard working devoted father have been blessed with two loving grandparents and as a group those boys are on their way to greatness. I would have to say that Charlie and Kim are two of the most kind, loving, caring, sharing and open their home and care for other family members more than I have in my life. Kim loves Charlie and Charlie loves Kim, I hope that in my simple abilities I have shed some light for you. Try to remember, UA-cam is an entertainment platform and a lot of the silly things you might see in the videos are just that, entertainment. I hope you can take my word on this. They truly are grateful for those folks who watch their videos and make comments as well as the blessing the have received. None of us are perfect, Kim and Charlie are no different.
