A2. Bent-Over Row - DB - 3 x 10
B1. Goblet Lateral Lunge - DB - 3 x 10 ES
B2. Lateral Bound - BW - 3 x 5 ES
C1. Single Leg RDL - DB - 3 x 10 EL
C2. Single Arm Front Shoulder Raise - DB - 3 x 10 EA
C3. 6-Inch Leg Raise - BW - 3 x 10
For exercises A2, C1, C2 & C3, try and control the eccentric contraction and maintain: Tempo = 3:0:1:0/ TUT = 40 seconds. Try and perform A1 and B2 as explosively as possible.
