comments section pretty much everything I was thinking lol. I'm assuming this took a few years to build so built in 2022 is when it was completed. like other said, I noticed high voltage power lines and quite close to 405, plus dry brush waiting to catch fire. Not sure I'd buy this at any price let alone $8mill. architecture didn't notice anything terrible like others but nothing amazing either, yeah it's a bit narrow I guess with small rooms not much of a motor court.

Poor presentation of the house! About the house itself: What, please, justifies the purchase price of well over $8 million (plus incidental purchase costs)? Bathrooms quite narrow; bathtub on the terrace (where should I bathe in winter?); the TVs impractically positioned; where can you watch TV in the living area?; a power pole and the power lines in the immediate vicinity (electrosmog and clearly audible acoustics of the lines); the kitchen a disaster and anything but high quality! The built-in furniture also not really high quality! The house itself is of the architecture rather boring and uninteresting! A house that you just drive past, and so on! After all: We are talking about over $8 million here

Honestly, it is a very ugly house and very poorly located. I say ugly because at first, it is small, common spaces and windows poorly distributed, that sloping ceiling in the room could be a window but they decided to put up a horrible wall. And to top it off, the electrical cables, road and dry grass is the only landscaping. I've seen houses for less than 1M bigger and prettier than this one.
