Always great to see new house tour channels on UA-cam, there can never be enough! Sierra's a natural in front of the camera, comfortable and confident. A suggestion perhaps? Reduce reliance on the adjective "awesome". It felt like each area of the house had 1-2 features which were "awesome". Instead of using that word, tell us why you liked the feature, what you think that feature brings to that area of the house, what it does to highlight or brings uniformity to design elements throughout the property, etc. Just my thoughts. Keep it up!

This is a beautiful modern Hollywood Hill mansion, I like the living room and kitchen. I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. I like the Basquiat painting. I would have preferred the floor to be marble or tile or stone, not wood.

Why not making a fireplace (gas or wood ) inside the divider between entrance and formal living room. Would not look odd and as if smth. is missing (like now) and would have ad a purpose plus another great amenity! Great video!
