This is the type of home I could really see myself living in. Simple but still exquisite. Big enough that you feel you’re getting value but small enough that you don’t forget to see some parts of it for months lol
This property is amazing! Like others are saying, it really feels like a home. What I like the most is the backyard with the path. In most of the other homes on your channel, I always miss something like this, just having a bit of ”raw” nature.
the outdoor space is one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever seen, the views of the Hollywood Sign and San Fernando Valley are truely stunning
What an amazing home, love the outdoor space! The fruit is called "Kaki". The Kaki tree is native to the Himalayas and the mountains of Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, Korea and Japan.
it is so famous fruit in Korea. It called "Gam" in Korea. normally we eat Gam in many way like fresh, dried, aging. If you do aging Gam, it will turn really sweet and soft. and then we freeze it and eat. if you eat unriped Gam, you will taste only astringent(I don't know better word..taste just like tannin in wine) I heard Japan reciepe for cooking Gam. cut the Gam and cooking in pan with cream cheese and honey) I think one of your crew is Korean, so I think he would know that
Thank you for showing this property. It is a nice palette cleanser. I really like this property. It looks and feels like a family home. The out door spaces are probably my favorite part of the place. That deck is to die for. The surrounding of the tree, it is phenomenal. And I can only imagine those views in person. Thank you again. Keep the tours coming.
omg this house is next door to the house you recorded on the other channel! The title: Touring at $7,995,000 HOLLYWOOD HILLS Modern Home with views of the HOLLYWOOD Sign! I know because I fell in love with the house, omg
This is a perfect example of just how much awesome living space you can create and fit into a (relatively) small lot, the design is a real work of art, both exterior and interior.
Enes, I'v been a proud subscriber of yours for over a year and a half and this is genuinely one of nicest houses you've ever toured. This is absolutely breathtaking! I can't believe it's "only" 6 million dollars; there's gotta be some catch, right? Please do more of these "cheap" houses in the 5-15 million dollar range, they're honestly more stunning than those insanely expensive ones that only billionaires can afford. Thanks a lot, greetings to you and Mikey from Croatia!
What a beautiful home! It seems the developer skillfully packed a lot of luxury and coziness into that 3500 square feet of space. The amount of outdoor space in the backyard is amazing. If I was in the market to move to LA with an extra 5 million lying around, I would buy this house in a heartbeat. Also, that fruit looks like a persimmon to me.
The house is beautiful; love the lot... but the trying the persimmons was hilarious! (Laughed out loud; very cute. - Persimmons have an interesting texture but, as others have mentioned, are GREAT in smoothies or dried. Thanks for the laugh.:) The views are great and that tree is MAGNIFICENT!!
I think the fruit you tasted is persimmon, here in Brazil we call it caqui, it's a very common fruit here and normally it's very sweet ... I really like your videos, because it's like a dream that's a bit far away, especially for we Brazilians, but at the same time it's something incredible just to see... And as we said here, dreaming doesn't pay taxes, hoping that one day it becomes real

Hi Enes and team! I love your videos, I watched every single one from the beginning, since the go pro videos, I just wanna say a personal opinion, I love your long touring home videos when we can see you walk in and talk about it, the houses are always amazing but your charisma is the main character. Shortly; I like when you take your time and it's not rushing, you are the main reason to see your videos. Like always amazing content!
Wow, super love this house! It’s been so long since you last featured an affordable house (below $10M). This is great for a family and more of a realistic home. The backyard and the view, is phenomenal ( your favourite expression 😊). Btw, the fruit is persimmon . Looking forward to more houses like this one 👍
It is a persimmon tree. The fruit is edible, you can google all sorts of recipes. A Japanese Persimmon fruit is more heart shape. I like this home because it has better outdoor space and you do not need a maid or housekeeper
This house is AMAZING 🤩 I love every single house tour that you do, to the point that they have ruined houses for me in general! But this house is so special and feels attainable. Aaaaand you get that incredible view of the Hollywood sign! Oh my gosh and the opening drone shot is impressive AF. You guys continue to outdo yourselves visually. Well-done!
This was one of my favorites homes I've ever seen in your channel My fav part was the primary bedroom and the outdoor deck just I didn't like how small the other 3 bedrooms were, they could have utilised it more. Would love to see more Hollywood hills homes at this price point
For a smaller property I absolutely loved this! They really utilized all the space. The views in the backyard are amazing! And the Hollywood sign from the bedroom is so cool! You two with the fruit killed me 🤣😂🤣 did you find out what it was?!
This house is amazing!! Anyone can throw money at a massive mansion, but being able to take a house that size, make it feel grand and luxurious, then embrace the view. It feels very special.
After seeing all these los angeles house tours I've decided that Hollywood Hills is my favourite neighborhood with Pacific Palisades a close second ♥️. These views are amazing..great tour as always ♥️
i think this is my favorite house in hollywood hills, because of the open layout with lots of light and the interior and exterior decoration. I really like the design and the attention to detail used. I love every room. the open kitchen, the open living room and the garden the private bedroom overlooking the terrace and the pool! finally a house without marble! and the outdoor space! with an intoxicating garden that takes you to the wooden terrace that surrounds the tree, giving a breathtaking view! What a class!

This home is beautiful, manageable and that view is priceless. I LOVE a home with a tree in the backyard, it makes the home sooo relaxing and cool .. more of these type of homes Enez and Mickey. Stay safe.
It's astonishing how the most affordable homes, look more expensive. Apart from the small bedrooms, this is one of the nicest homes I have seen on your channel. The decor was right up my street. I found it so hilarious when Mikey spat out the fruit 🤣
I must say for the price point I love this home. Again everyone involved in brings this to life was incredible. From the moment you walk through the door with the use of materials, colors, layout, backyard, pool, landscaping to the deck that wraps around the magnificent tree it makes you feel calm an welcoming. I love everything about this beautiful home.
I love this house! The drone flying thru the house was super awesome! Great job Mikey. The fruit you tried was a persimmon. They are delicious and loaded with goodness.
"This house is just a *little* bit smaller than most of the houses we've been looking at." I mean, it's not 10,500 sqft, but 3500 sqft is still a *pretty* big house.
9:00 that fruit is a Brazilian fruit called "Caqui". We usually don't eat the peel and we pick it from the tree but let it rest in a safe place until the caqui is really soft (almost falling apart) before eating it, otherwise it will not taste good. The one you ate was probably still green since it was solid like an apple. When it's mature enough, it's a really sweet and delicious fruit.
Absolutely love this home - especially the outside areas (that final tree+deck with a view is just wow!) - feels like a very comfortable & easy to live in home - spacious without needing a golf buggy to get around it 😁.
Really loved this video from start to finish. I always had a huge interest in seeing Hollywood homes. Whenever I come to LA I love to see them from outside whenI'm at the Hollywood sign. I always had a huge interest thats why I love this house. The views are incredible. What did the fruit taste like? Your friend is right it's like a apple and pumpkin in one lol. Nice video
This is a gorgeous home with absolutely stunning views . I like that has a cosy feel & it is not massive like some other homes that u would end up rattling about in . That outside space around the tree is a perfect spot to read a book or just chill out . Love it 😍💖
These "small" (as in Hollywood standards) homes are so much more nicer and cozy than some of those gigantic 20-30 million dollars monoliths!! Great video as usual Enes!! And amazing intro drone shots Mikey!!
8:55 Guys, I think that fruit khaki. It's very common in Brazil, which sells more at March. Here, it's called cáqui. Usually, it cut in half and then eaten with a spoon. I think eating like an apple doesn't taste very well. Hope I helped! Love your videos! ❤🇧🇷
Merhaba Enes abi, o meyve Cennet Hurması. Yenmesi için iyice olgunlaşması ve renginin koyulaşması gerek daha yumuşak ve hoş tadı olur ve insanın ağzını uyuşturur :) İçerikler çok iyi severek takipteyim. Mikey e selamlar Sevgiler
My favourite house you’ve shown for a long time, it’s built for the owners to enjoy, not hundreds of ‘friends’, plus I could imagine my family there with few changes. Lovely, thank you.
That backyard is everything! Given the amazing block, I thought the design of the home was underwhelming and didn’t take full advantage of its location… that said, I do prefer this price point
Man that house and lot are amazing....long backyard....killer views....bedroom opening up to the pool....that deck by the tree.....so much value add for that plot size....very cozy.......would make a killer little getaway spot for a rich person who has a bigger main mansion
Hi from Türkiye.
That fruit "Caqui" is really popular in Brazil aswell. Like someone else said, you must wait until its really ripe, take off the skin and its gonna be good, very sweet.
I feel like this home is perfect to my taste, 4 bedrooms is a great number of rooms to have (primary bedroom to sleep in, two for offices and a guest room), the house isn’t very big so cleaning wouldn’t be an issue, and the layout is great! if only I had $6 million to spare :”)
i think it's a very magnificent house for someone who is single and lives alone other large houses are too much for singles and houses that can never be used
@@BFG-10K huh? If you think I'm implying that $5M is an example of what I am talking about, you've misunderstood me. I live in a house much smaller that costs less than 10% of this one. I'm talking in generalities -- I know that houses are ridiculously overpriced, especially in LA -- I would like to see *much* less expensive properties that maximize smaller lots, less expensive materials, etc. so that we can see what design ideas can be leveraged to "make the most" out of a significantly lower budget
Wooow what an amazing home! I honestly prefer a home like this over those huge mansions. As always; Enez and Mikey, you guys did an amazing job. Btw, the fruit is called ‘Kaki’, but I’m sure lots of people already mentioned that in the comments 😊
Loving the format of this second channel btw, expecially the jokes and the behind of scenes stuff. You guys are doing great. I became even more fan of you guys after knowing this channel. Keep It up!
Hi guys, Thanks for your nice, well organised and thoughtful presentation and videos, you are the best in this area. The fruit's name is persimmon (in Persian we call it Khormaloo), when it is still raw the taste is very astringent and acrid, but once it's ready and ripened it will taste very sweet, tick and juicy. Also you have to pill off the skin.
This is so amazing. 4 bedrooms, classy living room, the master bedroom is an experience in itself. The absolute cheery on the cake is the outdoor space. It's such a nice house. Truly gorgeous! Damn!
Loved that last aerial shot where you can see the other house you toured on the left. This one is beautiful but the other has the best backyard you have showed so far.
Happy New Year guys. Thanks for showing another nice and affordable property. It's a Persimmon tree. The riped fruit should be sweet and soft. Since Mikey mentioned it has the texture of an apple, I can assume it's not completely ripped (many ppl actually like it this way). But either way, the skin needs to be peeled and definitely not for eating. 😁
The drone on the intro is so amazing! And also, the quality of the video for Main channel and Second channel has no different, what a wonderful job! Cheers from Malaysia Enes and Mikey!
That tree is begging for a small treehouse with elevated observation deck. I don't know whether the root structure of the tree and the soil around it would hold the weight, but that would be marvelous. I wonder, why did the builder not make it about 50sqm larger, the bedrooms would have been so much better and functional and maybe would have enabled adding a dedicated workspace, even if only 10 sqm in size. I am sure the lot would have accommodated it. Having said that, the outdoor space is what makes this a great property.
I love these more "affordable" home tours!

Nice video
Essa casa parece ser mais confortável e aconchegante do que muitas casas enormes e caríssimas. Parabéns pelo vídeo, Enes. You're by far the best!!
thanks Gabriel! please comment in English so that we can call enjoy your comment :)
@@EnesPlus my english is a sh*** hahaha
This is a gorgeous home with absolutely stunning views . I like that has a cosy feel & it is not massive like some other homes that u would end up rattling about in . That outside space around the tree is a perfect spot to read a book or just chill out . Love it 😍💖
well said :)
These "small" (as in Hollywood standards) homes are so much more nicer and cozy than some of those gigantic 20-30 million dollars monoliths!! Great video as usual Enes!! And amazing intro drone shots Mikey!!
glad you like the house and video!
That was HILARIOUS! Mikey taking a bite of that “whatever” fruit…
And I think this home is excellent! Thanks for another awesome tour.
Cheers
Doc
Glad you enjoyed the tour!
8:55 Guys, I think that fruit khaki. It's very common in Brazil, which sells more at March. Here, it's called cáqui. Usually, it cut in half and then eaten with a spoon. I think eating like an apple doesn't taste very well. Hope I helped! Love your videos! ❤🇧🇷
learned that today :)
@@EnesPlus You're welcome!
Thanks for sharing! Great house and great tour. Loved the editing montage at the end too!
Thanks Toby 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Merhaba Enes abi, o meyve Cennet Hurması. Yenmesi için iyice olgunlaşması ve renginin koyulaşması gerek daha yumuşak ve hoş tadı olur ve insanın ağzını uyuşturur :) İçerikler çok iyi severek takipteyim. Mikey e selamlar
Sevgiler
mindblowing cinematography.....great work.
My favourite house you’ve shown for a long time, it’s built for the owners to enjoy, not hundreds of ‘friends’, plus I could imagine my family there with few changes. Lovely, thank you.
the house is a good one!
That drone "fly through" at the beginning was pretty dope. Nice touch.
That backyard is everything! Given the amazing block, I thought the design of the home was underwhelming and didn’t take full advantage of its location… that said, I do prefer this price point
Makes me happy to hear that!
Man that house and lot are amazing....long backyard....killer views....bedroom opening up to the pool....that deck by the tree.....so much value add for that plot size....very cozy.......would make a killer little getaway spot for a rich person who has a bigger main mansion
Hi from Türkiye.
anladim :)
Nice to see small houses tour like this. Showcasing that small houses like this can still be beautiful and gorgeous perfect for small families.
That fruit "Caqui" is really popular in Brazil aswell. Like someone else said, you must wait until its really ripe, take off the skin and its gonna be good, very sweet.
The outdoor space is so amazing!
I feel like this home is perfect to my taste, 4 bedrooms is a great number of rooms to have (primary bedroom to sleep in, two for offices and a guest room), the house isn’t very big so cleaning wouldn’t be an issue, and the layout is great! if only I had $6 million to spare :”)
i think it's a very magnificent house for someone who is single and lives alone other large houses are too much for singles and houses that can never be used
Stunning... love the indoor / outdoor living... so sleek and well thought thru
I love the occasional "ridiculously expensive" house tour, but I would love to see more lower cost "make the most of it" designs as well.
@@BFG-10K huh? If you think I'm implying that $5M is an example of what I am talking about, you've misunderstood me. I live in a house much smaller that costs less than 10% of this one. I'm talking in generalities -- I know that houses are ridiculously overpriced, especially in LA -- I would like to see *much* less expensive properties that maximize smaller lots, less expensive materials, etc. so that we can see what design ideas can be leveraged to "make the most" out of a significantly lower budget
thanks for the feedback!
Yes please! More os the “affordable” great design home tours!!
more to come!
Wooow what an amazing home! I honestly prefer a home like this over those huge mansions. As always; Enez and Mikey, you guys did an amazing job. Btw, the fruit is called ‘Kaki’, but I’m sure lots of people already mentioned that in the comments 😊
Thank you so much!
Love this video! I appreciate houses like this. As always, Enes is the best when it comes to house tours.
The fruit is called Japanese persimmon. Great video
yup :)
@@mikew5263 my bad kaki and persimmon its diferent 😅
In Portuguese it’s Caqui (sounds the same in German).
Brought by the japanese
Loving the format of this second channel btw, expecially the jokes and the behind of scenes stuff. You guys are doing great. I became even more fan of you guys after knowing this channel. Keep It up!
happy to hear that!
Hi guys,
Thanks for your nice, well organised and thoughtful presentation and videos, you are the best in this area. The fruit's name is persimmon (in Persian we call it Khormaloo), when it is still raw the taste is very astringent and acrid, but once it's ready and ripened it will taste very sweet, tick and juicy. Also you have to pill off the skin.
So nice of you
This is so amazing. 4 bedrooms, classy living room, the master bedroom is an experience in itself. The absolute cheery on the cake is the outdoor space. It's such a nice house. Truly gorgeous! Damn!
I agree!
That fruit is a persimmon fruit wich is pretty popular in Europe, especially in southeast-countries :)
yup :)
Thanks Kevin! Happy New Year!
Love it! Stunning house & the observation deck
is wonderful
The fruit is a persimmon, some you have to pick and let dry or age to ripen correctly. It’s a Japanese/ Asian tree. I really like this house
the house is a good one!
The drone on the intro is so amazing! And also, the quality of the video for Main channel and Second channel has no different, what a wonderful job! Cheers from Malaysia Enes and Mikey!
without happiness this home is meaningless😞😞😣but with JESUS + this property = its easy peasy
Siriously Jesus thats not a god
Amazing amazing amazing….completely livable home, awesome design, amazing views, great layout and definitely a more attainable dream home ….
A fruta é um caqui ,cultivado bastante no sul do Brasil e simplesmente maravilhoso comer ele .
Oh my goodness...the perfect sized house for me!! That price range is such a nice number too! Thanks for making our weekends feel so nice!
Our pleasure!
