Another great video. Loved the bit with the dumbbells - very honest humor and it’s a welcome break from the presentation. Lifestyle shots are also a great addition. Most people believe there’s a bubble in real estate (and there is) but there’s also been a huge increase in construction costs, in some instances, over 100% in as little as 7-10 years (both because of workers (less available people, over huge demand) and materials (more sophistication and “exoticness”) and that’s one of the reasons new homes are so expensive. A home may cost 5 million or 10 million, depending whether it’s less than, say, less than 7-10 years old (or has been totally remodeled in the same period). There’s also been a clear uptick in staging. Decor can easily go from 500k to 1M, and that obviously excluding exotic furniture. Again, awesome job. Take care,

This home has everything anyone could ask for and then some. I loved the downstairs of this home the most. The home theater and the gym with the sauna and and steam room was a big plus for me. And that view was totally amazing. Sierra is one amazingly beautiful woman. Very classy and athletic. I like her.

I really like the design of this house, the architect designer really brings modern design which enriches a person living there in every way possible. Awesome. $15 Million dollar is worth the price.
Take a shot every time Sierra says "Unique". You're welcome 🤣 What a fantastic home. It has everything you want to chill out in Hollywood. Luv the wood, granite, travertine and lighting fixtures. That pool is a different shape - that entire outdoor area looks gorgeous. That black granite in the garage is a nice touch. 2 bathrooms on the main floor - luv that. Especially when entertaining so that the ladies can have their own room to stink up vs sharing with the men. That downstairs pool bar, sport watching area, gym & cinema looks very nice. Large Laundry room - Very important. The Owners suite - Just WOW!! 2 toilets - nice, large tub, the massive party shower for 20 people, coffee/mini fridge wet bar area and lots of balcony space w/AWESOME Views!!! Lots of Goodness in this one. I've seen many homes and this one with the different materials is tastefully done. If I were to have a home built this would be the blue print I'd start with. I like the home theater which would be awesome to do some gaming up in there as well if i were fortunate enough or lucky enough to have a multi-million dollar luxurious home. Despite some serious shortcomings such as zero driveway and very close neighbors always over your shoulder, this home has some real positives in it’s design, views, floor layout, and also outstanding staging…kudos to the staging! May be worth the money, but I would want a driveway, larger garage space, and more privacy.

Who is she? :) Price level is pretty steep at 2k/sqft but it could be close to where prices have been pumped up to despite 8% interest rate.
