Hej og tak for en god video. Jeg vile rigtigt gerne vide hvordan I gør ved opbevaring på glas. Henkoger I det, og hvis ja, så hvor længe? Eller pressure canner i det? Jeg ville selv så gerne finde ud af at canne hybensuppe. Det tænker jeg må kunne Cannes som hybenpure.

This is my favorite UA-cam video. I am allergic to nightshade vegetables, and I love your rosehip pasta sauce idea. Just one question though: Do you Water bath can it, or do you add veg and Italian seasonings and pressure can it? How long do you process it for? Is it shelf stable without refrigeration? I've never seen that variety of roses they are very low to the ground with Larry large fruit but small leaves , leaves look like multi floral but the fruit is huge

Vi købte Victorio Food Mill, og vi savede ca 5cm af enden af sneglen til at den kunne lave hyben.

Can you tell me how to modify my victorio....I happen to have two of those orange parts that I can alter. I tried twice to run my rosehips through and it only jammed up....am I supposed to trim it back?
Yes you have to saw about 5cm off the small end. Then try it. If it still jams cut a little more.
Does this machine remove the tiny irritating hairs too? Will they not get through with the pulp?
This is different to how I deal with them, but inevitably they must some of them get into the main part. I have made cordial & syrup, lots and just a thick sauce I mix with homemade also foraged wild BlackBerry wine vinegar I made in pasta sauces, this rosehip really lifts a tomato based pasta sauce!
Anyway i got quite obsessive about trying not to get hairs in for a while. Then i thought, bugger it,because i was going to try it out for ages on myself anyway, I def must of drank some hairs but just rarely I thought, mmmnn itchy throat for a bit. I think the hairs contain that stuff that gives dopamine better levels anyway!
