Surprised Ferrothorn wasn’t an honorable mention. It’s been excellent in every meta it’s been allowed in since it’s debut, even in Ubers and Anything Goes (my main format). It’s extremely reliable and annoying to take down due to leech seed, setting hazards, iron defense+body press in Gen 8, and toxic/thunder wave.
I personally think Skeledrige and Meowscarada should be mentioned as well. Meowscarada is both faster and hits harder than Greninja while also having a signature move that will always crit and never miss. Skeledrige on the other hand has really good bulk, hits decently hard, a good recovery option and even has signature move that will consistently boost its SpAtk every time it uses it. Heck it was even in Uber at one time.
I wished they didn't nerf Protean since it's kinda the only way Meowscarada can kinda cope with having so many weaknesses due to it's typing. I know it's not that bulky but anything to the drawbacks of being a glass canon is welcome. Ah well I guess that's what Terra-typing is for.... atleast until next gen
@@7evanProtean works well though if you have a wide movepool. For instance, my meowscarada has fairy type, grass, and dark moves. With the teratyping as well it can multiply the power of the move types while also making sure it hits first.
7:48 I’m not sure if anyone else noticed this, but I LOVE this reference. Marvel Super Heroes was one of my favorite games of all times, and I LOVE Captain America’s theme. Great video and great usage of his theme.

The difference between legendary and mythical is that mythical there can be more than one of their existence is not confirmed while legendary there is only one of them and their existence is confirmed
Corrertion the ability of blood moon ursaluna is called mind's eye . Which not only it can hit ghost types with normal and fighting moves but also ignore accuracy drops and increasement of your evasiveness
My heart will always say Dragapult is the strongest. Good typing, nice stats, great abilities, awesome design -- it's the entire package, and it pains me that I haven't used it sooner.
Fun fact: Greninja now gets access to Weather Ball, so if anyone does plan on using Greninja with rain or as a surprise sun counter, Weather Ball is a great alternative to both Hydro Pump (though I'd still personally run Surf for water STAB due to the consistency) and especially Tera Blast Fire.
Personally incineroar, fluttermaine, amoongus, gastrodon are all insane. Fire cat and sus shroom are some of the best support mons ever. And with certain set up moves can be a threat in their own right. Flutter is turbo fast with absolutely bonkers spec attack output. Just having Protosynthesis is enough to wipe most middling mons and if you calm mind or nasty plot you can wipe just about everything. Slug is hard to hit with good defenses and you can raise its evasion so you just don’t hit it, then it surfs or earthquakes.
How on earth did Gardevoir not make the list?! A Psychic/Fairly with the ability to learn Ghost (namely Shadow Ball) makes it exceptionally broken. Gardevoir can counter both Dragon and Psychic which also includes a great mant legendaries, mythicals and pseudo legendaries and can also be super effective against 2/3 of its natural counters, that being Dark and Ghost. The only sure fire type to counter Gardevoir is Steel and even then, Steel is damaged normally by Ghost which can be enchanted beforehand by Calm Mind.
My personal picks for some of the strongest ar Cinderace, Greninja, Meowscarada and Skeledirge. Cinder, Gren and Meow all have a hidden ability that allows them to use any type they want. Skeledirge has a signature move that increases Sp. Atk, is incredibly bulky and gets Unaware as its hidden ability.
Ill be honest I woulda thought this video will be of base stats total of Pokemon that would make them legendary,I mean it still kinda is but I what I actually mean is like Wishiwashi(school form) who's stats that are of legendary Pokemon.
i still think there should be a top 10 list of pokemon who are incapable of evolution (obviously not counting legendaries since most of them can't evolve anyway), like Hawlucha and Torkoal, though whether they get on said list isn't my call. it is a list that kind of sucks for Snorlax though, since if Munchlax never became a thing I know it'd get on said list.
While not technically a "strong" Pokemon in a traditional sense, Gholdengo should also be on this list (even if it's an honorable mention). Apparently, Gamefreak didn't learn their lesson when making Aegislash because they added *ANOTHER* Ghost/Steel type with a busted ability (Good as Gold negates status moves, including Defog), causing an influx of hyper-offense teams.
That's The Exact Reason why Normal and Fighting can't hit Ghost types, because they're the two that aren't A) Psychic or B) Elemental, Poison and Bug are more physically inclined like Normal and Fighting which is why they're resisted, but they're still elemental... Fire, Flying, Ground/Rock, and Water are the Base 4 Elements, Electricity & Ice are natural energies or lack there of, Dark is the power over the Shadowy Twilight Ghosts disappear into, Fairy & Dragon are Arcane Magic, Grass is literal Life/Nature, Iron is something that has been known to hurt ghosts also the power of Magnetic forces, Ghosts aren't resistant to Psychic Powers *points at Mediums*, But they are to Bugs who eat their corpses, Bugs can consume the flesh but not the spirit, but it still hurts them, just as Ghosts are obviously resistant to Poison due to not being able to die but toxic energies can still hurt them. Meanwhile, Normal & Fighting can't even Touch them because Normal and Ghost can't interact Mindane vs Spiritual, while Fighting is about Physical Might which can't touch ghosts at all (Remember Aura was added later to Fighting's repetoire).
I think cinderace should have been right above greninja and toxapex has no buisiness being on the list. Toxapex is really struggling right now, where cinderace is better than ever right now, especially into the hazard riddled meta and was once an uber just like greninja
@@Boltofbrilliance122cinderace is currently a meta mon cuz court change. If spikes still exists, cinderace will continue to strive. "Struggling" isn't a word to describe the state cinderace is in at all. It's a top 10 mon in OU easy.
Incineroar should be here 100%. Its one of the best fire types to date and one of the best support mons as well. Intimidate + parting shot + fake out makes up a extremely good support kit. Also Amoongus has been one of if not the best pure support mon for doubles for a long time.
Protean isn't pronounced like protein, it's pronounced pro-dee-ehn. It means being able to easily change into something. People always pronounce it wrong when making Runescape 3 videos too because they have items on there called protean planks, protean logs, etc. I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually say it right lol

its amazing how gen 9 introduced Rage Fist and Last Respects which are both overpowered. Who knew Primeape would not only get an evolution but a broken move too lol
Two things defensive Pokémon are not that bad. Second, Ferrothorn is way better, being able to weaponize its self way better with power whip and Gyroball, or body press when it got added. And not like regenerator is so good it negates iron thorns. All the while being the stupid good wall, with leech seeds and two entry hazards.

Gerninja to me seem not that good with two pokemon like Moscarada and Cindarace with the same ability, and the grass type out speeds by 1 point. And has more coverage and hits harder. Ive been playing radical red hardcore the pass week. And i used all 3 and Greninja hardly won a battle with max IV and Evs while Moscarada swept Surge, Misty, Erica, Sabina, and Bruno, Loralie, and Agatha. With a move set of, flower trick, night slash, play rough and switch between aerial ace and bulldoze. And havent lost with that mon. But my greninja lost after not killing in one hit and getting flat out one shot every time. Hes good for damage but his coverage is ass. Ice beam, return, and acrobatics/aerial ace. But with such crap defensive stats, it's not lasting even a single hit. And it needs choice items to be good. So its locked into the same move. Where Moscarada and Cyndarace can last at least a hit, and have better match up completely. With max speed and attack they both outspeed both have attack stats over 105 and can switch to basically every type. But greninja has half the types Moscarada has. Big fan of that beast. And head to head Moscarada always wins. One shot. And can survive an ice beam if Ninja has sash. And quick attack to take the win. Both get sucker punch as well. Faster mon moves first.
Greninja is still better, with battle bond activate you have an Ubers level Mon that is faster than tapu Koko and has more special attack than kyogre. Also, your greninjas move set is hot ass this seems more like a you problem than a problem with him.
