Good day. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis pain on my right knee which I have bone on bone with hardly any cartilage two days ago. Still, I can walk few blocks, can squat, bend my knees, and walk around my home without a cane. No pain when I sit or lay down. Only when I walk without using glut or butt muscles. If I use my right thigh to walk, that’s when it hurts. At times, I may use a cane when I need to cross the street.
I’m avoiding knee replacement surgery by doing physical therapy from UA-cam videos done by you and others. I’m pretty confident that I won’t knee the surgery. The root of my problem is that I’m obese and inactive. This is being fix.

Very helpful discussion. I have had one knee replacement and will need a second because of severe arthritis but I agree you have to think carefully and look at alternatives first plus you really need to commit 100% to recovery - excellent discussion thanks !

I'm wanting to avoid surgery all together. Never been told I'll have to have it. Just been through several Dr and I've been told there's nothing else one was able to do. And insurance not approving so 🙄 it all just left me to research on my own. Just need options to get back to my routine to move again. Osteoarthritis in both hips , knees an left ankle. L4 & l5 is pretty much where it started an my hips have slanted an I've been through decompression therapy with tht . But I still have issues with my knees an legs in so much pain so I'm trying to get into doing your 5 day challenge with these exercises....I'm struggling with getting motivation 🤦‍♀️😉🙃
