@@nigelgrim there is definitely 2 guitars. Stephen’s play through shows that he is not playing the intro and is using his 8 string guitar. During the last tour they brought in a second guitarist to play Chino’s parts on some songs.

If you have a 7 string guitar do you have to keep it in only one tuning or can you tune it to whatever
You can tune it to whatever you want. You just need to know what string gauge to use with the tuning and scale length.

The intro is played on the D string(6-string) my guy, but to each his own cover.
