I never thought I could gain my wrist mobility back, some of the workouts for sure are wrist-dependent, but this atmosphere and community that you created makes me honor my abilities to where I am capable for now, not at all with "no pain, no gain". Still, there is strength in gentleness. After every mobility routine, it is always a pat on the shoulder, and hands down for the science, knowledge and every effort you put into your work. I haven't done any mobility exercises in over a month. This is a nice way to get back into it.

It's incredible how effective and accessible these exercises are, targeting the entire body without needing any equipment. Thanks for making it easy to stay active on the go! Can't wait to make this a part of my daily routine.
