(Week 1) Day 1: hurt a lot Day 2: hurt a lot Day 3: got slightly easier thighs still burning Day 4: seeing a slight change Day 5: same as before but workout is easy Day 6: easy workout Day 7: thighs getting a lot bigger and so is bum (Week 2) Day 8: Thighs hurt a lot, you can see the change from day 1 Day 9: legs killed Day 10: easy to do legs still hurt from pervious day tho and added 10 more squats and 5 more of each other excersize Day 11: Legs killing Day 12: notice a bit more change, thighs are bigger when sitting down but standing up is a different story. Can now fit in shorts that couldn’t fit in before. Day 1: tiring but I’ll get through Day 2 : legs kinda hurt Day 3 : my legs are KILLING me but I noticed in the front of my thighs kinda goes outwards so I think that’s a good sign :) Day 4: wow slight difference at the bottom of my buttocks (fold underneath the bum) really sore but anything for you all ! I suggest you still try it and give it your best shot anyway because you don't know how it'll work for you. Thank you all for following me in this journey and being patient with my crazy self. Sadly I did not measure or take pictures of the before look, but I have started seeing some results. When I wasn't working out, I was so unmotivated because of this whole quarantine thing. I live in Louisiana so it's really rough out here. Anyway like I said before, everyone should try this work out. It keeps you busy doing something inside your home! (April 15th)
Hey guys I been doing these exercises for just over 2 weeks and I’m seeing improvements that my bum is sticking out more that I have gone up 1 size of my trousers and leggings !! 😂 so happy it’s working, been doing it for 16 days everyday. Did this but i did 25 each 4 times . And saw big results in 2 weeks. I got tired and wanted to give up but when i saw the results i got more enthusiastic . And yes i did take a break every saturday , but thats the only day .
This honestly works. I’ve been doing it since April and my ass is noticeable in anything I wear . I recommend doubling up the reps though , it’ll give you better results . Also be consistent !
ok here’s my overview so far: day one: definitely shaky after...my legs feel like jelly day two: shaky afterwards still, but i didn’t rly take that many breaks in between day three: definitly easier and not as shaky. I even did it twice! day four: didn’t do it bc i was busy day five: did it and wayyy easier...a little unmotivated bc i’m not seeing results yet, but everyone’s body’s different so i’m just gonna keep on going!! remind me to keep you guys posted!

OMG thank you! I’m starting today I will update on January 18th my results UPDATE: it has been 2 weeks and I’m happy cause I started seeing results, it really works. I have recently added more exercises to the routine and increased the repetitions. UPDATE (18th January): I had a lot of exams so I dindt train too much but anyways I will give you my most honest opinion. This routine is good cause you can clearly start seeing results and tone up but is quite basic if you want to achieve big results (a BIG botty). You can use it for start working out but after the second week it’s necessary that you add more repetitions and different exercises. Otherwise you feel that you aren’t really working. Also you can add weight or use resistance bands. To sum up, this routine works with no doubt but keep adding more exercises for adapt your body to his new exigences.
Okay btw guys, I just want to inform you it's not gonna appear over night, or 2. Have patience and don't give up. You will have that booty, just don't quit. ✌🏽️ I also hope everyone is doing okay. Make sure to stay positive most of the time. Don't let that dark cloud ruin your day.

I did this workout every other day for about three weeks and saw great results. My booty and thighs were more toned, cellulite was less visible and overall my booty and thighs just looked great.
RESULTS: so I’m 2 weeks in and it definitely feels a lot more lifted and has more of a shape to it if that makes any sense lol. I can’t really tell if it’s bigger from the side so I don’t really see much of a difference in that area tbh. But overall it’s going good and I’ll update again after it’s been a month. EDIT: omggg I also just noticed that my dips are gone. Idk if anyone else had these but they are like hip dips but in the sides of my behind area lmao. But yeah those are goneee now
@@niaa.sopretty nope, I did not change my diet and I did the workout pretty much everyday, but when I added weight or more reps (my body was getting used to the routine so I had to push myself a little more) I took a day or two off so I didn’t overwork myself
guys I'm seeing a little change after a week and all ima point out is squats, hipthrusts and deadlifts are the best workouts! time by time when i get used to these workouts i use heavy lifting weights and add protein to my diet and take breaks some days bc muscles need to rest in order to grow goodluck everyone!!

trust me y'all the first few days it does hurt but give it sometime it won't hurt as much as it did in the beginning. for those who need some motivation. never give up when it starts to get hard. it is going to be hard but don't put to much pressure on yourself the more pressure you put on yourself the more you start to give up and doubt yourself. don't just do this because you feel like you have to please someone else do it for yourself. because at the end of the day you have to do what makes you happy. happiness is key. letttt meee telll youuu!!!!! in the beginning i did not wanna keep on doing this but 5 days in it stop hurting as much cause my body was getting used to it and i just kept telling myself that it's all going to be worth it. cause a little bit more booty is much needed LOL ....

do them and give yourself a time to check; like a 30 day challenge. also check to see if you should do these everyday or every other day...sometimes doing these every other day is more effective. let us know you progress. day 1 for me but i've done this workout in the past just wasn't consistent

Day One: Pretty easy started gettin a lil hard towards the end and def felt it Day Two: Thighs were very sore in the morning and when I did the workout again, it felt easier though Day Three: Not as sore as before in the thighs, def feel the strain when doing squats and fire hydrants, getting easier, suggest stretching afterwards Day Four: Barely feeling sore anymore the workout is getting wayyyy easier, keep stretching afterwards, thighs are feelin stronger😂 Day Five: Didn’t feel any type of soreness in the morning and didn’t struggle wit the workout at all! I can even do it without allat of breaks. I think imma check back in inna month, see uu😌🤍 UPDATE: YALL IT WORKS sorry it took so long😭I’ve been meaning to come back

CoronaBreak from school got me wanting to workout: -my progress.. (Been doing this workout for ten minutes & i feel the burn..) Day 1 : sore in the right places: outer thighs&booty Day 2: definitely harder to do than yesterday but i don’t feel as sore after wards Day 3: seeing results, rounder for sure ( muscles ache but not as difficult to do the workout as day 2 ) Day 4: taking a break to let my body heal.. (really sore) Day 5: again, letting my body adjust ( you don’t want to overdo it ) Day 6: seeing progress, perky & i noticed this is also helping my hip dips Day 7 : not as sore as usual after doing the entire workout, helping my abs too Working out 3 times a week - will come back in a month with an update
doing well. I'm a slender woman though so I have a lot of room to grow and see improvement. It may be different for those with a different body type. Was actually exercising rn. I do this, 150 lunges, and Jeff cavalieres 7 minute abs. Anything Athlean-x is amazing.

Day 3: got slightly easier thighs still burning

Day 5: same as before but workout is easy
Day 6: easy workout
Day 7: thighs getting a lot bigger and so is bum
(Week 2)
Day 8: Thighs hurt a lot, you can see the change from day 1
Day 9: legs killed
Day 10: easy to do legs still hurt from pervious day tho and added 10 more squats and 5 more of each other excersize
Day 11: Legs killing
Day 12: notice a bit more change, thighs are bigger when sitting down but standing up is a different story. Can now fit in shorts that couldn’t fit in before.
Day 13: legs hurt a lotttt bum is looking way bigger than when I first started but it’s still small
Day 14: legs hurtish
(Week 3)
Day 15: fine and easy
Day 16: hurt while doing the workout
Day 17: don’t see a change from day 14 yet but can feel the muscles in my thighs
Day 18 - 23: I took a break to let the muscles rest since nothing was changing.
Day 24: sore asf but felt good doing it again

I'm pretty skinny naturally for my size and my thighs are small (they've gotten a bit bigger) but like I said before, this workout works in different ways for many people. I suggest you still try it and give it your best shot anyway because you don't know how it'll work for you. Thank you all for following me in this journey and being patient with my crazy self. Sadly I did not measure or take pictures of the before look, but I have started seeing some results. When I wasn't working out, I was so unmotivated because of this whole quarantine thing. I live in Louisiana so it's really rough out here. Anyway like I said before, everyone should try this work out. It keeps you busy doing something inside your home! (April 15th)

This honestly works. I’ve been doing it since April and my ass is noticeable in anything I wear . I recommend doubling up the reps though , it’ll give you better results . Also be consistent !

I been doing this since Monday:
Day 1 : very sore
Day 2 : still abit sore but easier to do the exercises
Day 3 : still a tiny bit sore
Day 4 : not sore at all much easier to do the exercises
Day 5 : no sore, my body got used to doing it
Day 6 : feeling achy for 20 mins then the pain goes after than.

UPDATE: it has been 2 weeks and I’m happy cause I started seeing results, it really works. I have recently added more exercises to the routine and increased the repetitions.
UPDATE (18th January): I had a lot of exams so I dindt train too much but anyways I will give you my most honest opinion. This routine is good cause you can clearly start seeing results and tone up but is quite basic if you want to achieve big results (a BIG botty).
You can use it for start working out but after the second week it’s necessary that you add more repetitions and different exercises. Otherwise you feel that you aren’t really working. Also you can add weight or use resistance bands.
To sum up, this routine works with no doubt but keep adding more exercises for adapt your body to his new exigences.

RESULTS: so I’m 2 weeks in and it definitely feels a lot more lifted and has more of a shape to it if that makes any sense lol. I can’t really tell if it’s bigger from the side so I don’t really see much of a difference in that area tbh. But overall it’s going good and I’ll update again after it’s been a month.
EDIT: omggg I also just noticed that my dips are gone. Idk if anyone else had these but they are like hip dips but in the sides of my behind area lmao. But yeah those are goneee now

trust me y'all the first few days it does hurt but give it sometime it won't hurt as much as it did in the beginning. for those who need some motivation. never give up when it starts to get hard. it is going to be hard but don't put to much pressure on yourself the more pressure you put on yourself the more you start to give up and doubt yourself. don't just do this because you feel like you have to please someone else do it for yourself. because at the end of the day you have to do what makes you happy. happiness is key. letttt meee telll youuu!!!!! in the beginning i did not wanna keep on doing this but 5 days in it stop hurting as much cause my body was getting used to it and i just kept telling myself that it's all going to be worth it. cause a little bit more booty is much needed LOL ....

i been doin this for about 2-3 weeks like i do these everyday and when i tell you i feel the jiggy its there, and my frans noticed i got thicker so this workout works but you needa have alot of motivation like frfr do these everyday and you gonna see the change!

(Been doing this workout for ten minutes & i feel the burn..)
Day 1 : sore in the right places: outer thighs&booty
Day 2: definitely harder to do than yesterday but i don’t feel as sore after wards
Day 3: seeing results, rounder for sure ( muscles ache but not as difficult to do the workout as day 2 )
Day 4: taking a break to let my body heal.. (really sore)
Day 5: again, letting my body adjust ( you don’t want to overdo it )
Day 6: seeing progress, perky & i noticed this is also helping my hip dips
Day 7 : not as sore as usual after doing the entire workout, helping my abs too
Working out 3 times a week - will come back in a month with an update

doing well. I'm a slender woman though so I have a lot of room to grow and see improvement. It may be different for those with a different body type. Was actually exercising rn. I do this, 150 lunges, and Jeff cavalieres 7 minute abs. Anything Athlean-x is amazing.

Hey guys!! So let me tell you that i used to be skinny until i did these workouts!!! I started doing them 3 times a week and after that week i started to notice changes of my thighs so in each exercise i would repeat it 3 times so when i did this my legs actually got thicker my butt got big and i no longer am skinny🙌🙌 so guys don't give up you guys can do it!! i'm going to keep doing these and give you my results😄

ElenaReacts i started this work out about a month and a half ago and the results are great I was able to see them in less then 3 weeks and I did it either 7 or 6 times a week totally recommended
