Im starting today with this video. I lost at least 4 lbs by changing my diet. I drink more water. Now im incorporating your workouts. I'll keep everyone posted. Tysm for not judging me. ❤

Am here to keep fit and build strength cuz i hate tiring and weak legs.I would love to climb 100 stairs and mountains without my legs falling apart.
Also,the glute muscles which are link to the inner stomach muscles and the back muscles are ,i would love to say the best muscles to build for strength and general physical wellbeing.
So my day is 1( 21/06/24 )
Done,.My tights,knees and stomach muscles are dying but that's ok they need to die in order to resurrect 😂.I rested a few times too cuz I don't have the strength I need yet to take me all through But that's ok.Its called the joy of being a beginner😂

My tired legs staggered through the exercise. I am not able to do from start to finish without a pause yet but I will sure get there

How many times do you do it a week to see results and how many months before you did?
@@diwi5823 start out slow. Once a week and work your way up to 3 times. Definitely go at your own pace. It is hard on your knees if you’re not used to moving like that. You don’t want to injure yourself. You need rest in between days to let your muscles rest and grow. Also you need to eat well - high protein and healthy fats. Good luck.

This is what I have been doing. I started June 4th, 1x/day at my own pace. Now, I'm giving it the best of my best!!! And, I am seeing results NOW.
My husband commented on how good my "glorious glutes" & Legs looks - just yesterday!
This workout is insanely instantly effective!!!

Why can’t you do it consistently and figure that out! Building glutes is determinant on your body frame as well. What are you working with in the first place?

Day 1: I could only finish the first 5 mins and my legs were sore the next 3 days
Day 2: It’s easier, 10 mins done with less reps than what they did
