    Sai oua is northern style saikok in Thailand with a few different ingredients. Here they put a little bit of shrimp paste and tumeric in sai oua. I guess we, Loas and Thais, really share same culture and came from the same place. Thx for this fun and friendly video. You guys are doing great job.

    All the videos that I watched on making lao sausage made it seem more complicated than it really was. You ladies showed me how to do it with minimal effort (and materials that you can easily find around the house.) THANK YOU!

    This brings back so many childhood memories if me helping my parents stuff sausages. I used to use the tops of the 2 liter sodas to stuff sausages just like you guys!

    The moment you guys started stuffing them with the bottle tops, i was like “Not today, Jesus,” and immediately got on Amazon to order a sausage machine. I’m too impatient to put in the blood and sweat and tears you guys did to do stuff them by hand 😂.

    Will they go bad if leave it out for that long?

    • @KinKhaoWithUs
      @KinKhaoWithUs  5 років тому

      Liz H they do technically start to go “bad” but not enough that you can’t eat them (they are fermented) that is just an option if you like the more sour taste . If you prefer you can store/cook them right after stuffing them ... thanks for watching ! 💕

      Jonas R lol it is a lot of work 😅 if you want to satisfy a craving you can just make the meat filling and pan fry or bake it (like meatballs) and skip the casing for a quick fix 😉
