Never mind i take it back i went against this one hacker trio and they were killing me multiple times while i was invisible i had like 5 elims and 19 deaths the other teams looked worse
I stopped playing the finals 3 weeks ago, im waiting to see if they going to do something about in in the next patch, a kill cam is definitely necessary
They just rolled out a patch two weeks ago and we're seeing a lot less of them at the moment. I used to come across 5 of them every evening on the diamond, now it's 1 or 2, and more cases that I suspect than actual cases.
Here’s a small update, their discord server made a channel where you can create a thread for reporting cheaters. You just have to provide the video AND more importantly their EmbarkID. Doing so they can review and manually delete them. Hope this helps bring down this ongoing situation
@@-zod-4882 Agree, they need to do a hardware ID ban/IP ban. Make it as annoying as possible and it will greatly reduce the number of cheaters. Account ban doesn’t do anything.

I think Embark did this to slow down the development of new cheats, so that the cheater doesnt know what caused the ban, could be the anticheat or could be someone reporting on discord
A few days ago i was facing cheaters and we made it in the final round and these guys where sniping us from 100m consistently with fcars and once I flanked them and then I shot the guy in front of me who was a bit up a ledge and this guy 180d within 0.2 sec and flicked on my head. And then he killed me even tho I hit like 90% of my shots
I just played against a cheater using the revolver. He was hitting every shot from an insane distance. The one thing about the Finals that makes it a tiny bit better is that if they are not smart / good at the game they can still lose. But it is so annoying when you have to play completely differently to avoid these mfers
When we say cheaters, one thinks of aimbots, but wallhacks, lagswitch and messing with other player like disabling their guns and gadgets is a new low even for scriptkids. Nobody will save FPS games, they are dead. I'd rather fight against an AI rather than a bunch of toxic cheaters.
at this point I don't think the devs are even doing anything to try and stop cheaters, at least have a more harsh system when it comes to ranked games or have a kill cam or something. one my friends is nearly in diamond and basically every game he joins now, there is at least one or two cheaters.
I rarely play ranked unless it’s with my friends but the few times I have. I encounter cheaters who can shoot my invisible teammate from a mile away. Some of these guys really make it so obvious. 😭

Most hackers are actually horrible at the game. Just go behind them, or catch them off guard. They don’t know positioning or teamwork. Coordinate and take the cheater down quickly.
They made aimbot not that instakill stuff (maybe kind of neuronetwork soft aims not that good), but still those aholes accuracy is so devastating, killing you like in 0.5 seconds on sight. It's ridiculous how are you going to record all your games and provide it to discord threads. Whole reporting system must be better at some point. In this situation this game just pushes me to delete it.
Most obvious cheaters i saw all played DMR. When you get 2-tapped headshotted 10 times while sliding , dashing, dropping or running hard zigzag - Very clear they use Aimbot.
Maybe it's a conspiracy theory. The developer doesn't make a kill cam to cover up the cheater problem. When you can't be sure whether the cheater is real, you can't judge whether the cheater in this game is serious or not.
When the new update arrived. He threw out 3-4 players. You can put anything into the game, but they will never stop. I think the right solution would be to have an online ID and and if you cheat, you will be fined. Just like cars. If you kick away the anticheat, it will come back. Honestly huge problem with the whole industry right now is everyone using basically the "Budget" Anti Cheat option easy anti cheat and its clear it doesnt work. Everyone is using the same engines and same anti cheat they cut and paste this crap from game to game without much effort developers are going to have to either actively work together to fix this or watch competitive gaming get ruined by people farming accounts and elo and more for money and im sick of them ignoring this issue. Yeah definitely difficult to tell if someone is cheating. The cheaters I encountered weren’t going 100% with the cheats but once you start noticing the high kills no deaths and weird situations where you get melted while falling off a building or hidden behind smoke it becomes obvious they aren’t legit. It sucks because I always realize at the end they’re cheating and I don’t even have the clips to prove it. At least with kill cams, it becomes obvious with how they track your movement.

i had two the other night, one was a heavy that could shred through shields both done and carrying shield, and then i played on a team with one i didn’t realize until i noticed my kills weren’t registering if he shot the player like i was delayed compared to him, also people kept leaving.
Played 7 matches of ranked a few days ago. 4 out of 7 matches there were people blatantly cheating. One match had two teams cheating xd. Been so close to diamond, but a couple of matches vs cheaters set me back so far.
I always say people are just better at the game so I can improve my skill but one guy on my team got 37 kills in one racked round but maybe he is just good no he shot through a mesh shield like how

I have around 200 hrs too. During season one I only encountered one cheater with 35 kills in quick cash, but I swear once season 2 came out they suddenly appeared out of nowhere for me. 😭
me n the homies got on finals around last christmas and there was this one fucker that was in 2 of the 4 tournament full matches we played and he has since been dubbed the finals grinch.

the devs want to make the game more competitive so they weakening some guns again and again, and build the terminal attack gamemode. but players really want the game to be more competitive? seems not, and the devs do less about the issue of cheaters and the ingame communication system, they didn't even develop a typing communication system, so it's hard to play ranked tournament for some players who plays alone.

If we get killcams or replays people going to realize there are not many. I have 280 hours and primarily play ranked and I have only 2 definite cheaters. Even in diamond. People crying that there is a cheater every time they die to someone better than them is unhealthy for that game. Not criticizing you or your video but just calling those first 2 people cheaters is bananas. Like the 2 player is a heavy at hospital on seol. Your team is the only one cashing out of course he knows to look out on the bridge because everyone in the lobby is going out there. Additionally he is just checking his lanes.
The first one is definitely cheating he was locking onto invisible lights heads before this fight. He even had people on Reddit complaining about him. The second one is cheating as well the clips shown may have not been the best to show his cheats but that's the best I got when I started recording. The first guy he eliminated timing was too perfect. Next guy, he literary locked onto him through the smoke. I get being a good player and checking your surroundings but the dude was peaking out at the perfect time.
I play this game for only 4 days and i already played vs 1 cheater . I hope he felt good about it he literally need cheats to beat someone who played only 50 games :) .

it takes about 7 mins to start a ranked match and most of the time it has cheaters and if not I get queued against diamonds.
