I encounter cheaters pretty often in season 4. The lobby will have a level 0 or level 1 player that is by far outperforming the entire lobby in terms of kills. It's so obvious that they're cheating
You might not realize this, but EVERY big game has a cheater problem. You cannot truly stop cheaters without also punishing the legit players and ruining their experience as well. So here are your solutions, 1. Become an engineer and create a software that 100% stops cheaters as well as maintains client autonomy. (This will make you an overnight billionaire) 2. Play single player games 3. Play dead multiplayer games. 4. Let it go and cherish the matches where you don't face cheaters. Because as long as the game has popularity no lifers will cheat, hack and bot their way to the top so they can feel better about their miserable lives.
No one is saying cheater problems aren’t a thing for many games or that the problem can be completely solved, but it gets to a point where the problem is simply too big to ignore and to “accept”.
Two days ago, I encountered a cheater in world tour. He was using heavy. Imagine , on the team scoreboard, everyone else had only 1-3kills, while he had 26 kills with the gun. He satyed on one of the rooftops and shot as if there were no range limit to his gun, We were killed immediately after respawning. Yesterday i got notification from dev they gonna punish the cheater
I'm not even high-rank but I have witnessed 3 TA games in a row get cancelled because of people leaving. We have a whole generation of whingers & moaners looking for shortcuts. Some of em even try to justify the cheats they use.
These videos that you linked of the cheats being used are from the Alpha/Beta/S1, so they might have fix these issues. I'm not saying that there aren't any cheaters (ran into a couple of them myself), but it's not as easy as in Season 1.
I started playing this game like at the very end of 2023 and ever since i love this fps game more than OW,val, csgo, apex but the cheating problem especially in the TA mode is just make me so frustrated so much that i just left that game mode for good, I stop climbing at 26k since cheater just know where im at and health regen limit just make me more handicap then the cashout mode(already hit e2 off by 9 tours for e1) where i can still try to beat the cheater(since 3 against 1 or 2 at max - havent seen a 3 cheater stack thou). Dude season 2 was the worst season so far. I think s3 has been better and they are much quicker on the bans. The issue is how legit Voltaic scenarios grinders get false banned for going let's say 31-2 in Quick Cash and blatant rage hackers are still rampant and those in charge of stopping them don't bat an eye. But the game is relatively recent so systems you mentionned such as a lvl requirement and loosing more rank points when loosing to lower ranks have yet to come. I’m in the same boat. I feel like Ive only ran into one or two blatant in my almost 300hr gameplay, but there’s definitely been a few I felt were sus and sent a report anyways.
As a high rank player I just report and block the player and I’ve been chilling tbh. I do run across the occasional cheater but it isn’t that bad imo. I also don’t play TA much so maybe that’s why, I’ll never play that unbalanced light sniper = free wins game mode 😭
All the cheaters are in TA, cashout is ok but I assume that's because it's not the 'official' ranked mode and anyone buying boosts or cheats are simple minded enough to only want cheats for 'ranked'. They can't fix this issue without totally revamping the anti-cheat and maybe using something more invasive which won't happen.
I've played just over 300 hours and can count on one hand the amount of times a cheater has been in one of my games. Every multiplayer game will have cheaters to some degree, it'll never be flawless. I was interested to watch your video to see how bad it might be, but honestly you really don't have much actual footage of cheating. There's some, sure, but after the first few minutes and the guy selling cheats, it's really just footage of you getting kills or people leaving the game early to avoid a loss. Hell, literally half your video is about Ruby ranks leaving so they don't de-rank. That's not a cheating problem. Does The Finals have cheaters? Yes. Does The Finals have a cheating problem? From your video and my personal experience, no. Unless you have a lot more footage (and I'm sure you have more play time than me) then really what you've shown is very tame for the amount of time you've likely played.
I play quick play exclusively and I only run into 1 cheater in my last like 50-60 games. When I get a cheater I take it as a challenge and I actually make the cheater in my latest game rage quite from hitting a nasty sniper headshot on him. Point being ever since I play exclusively for fun cheating has not been a problem.
the cheaters you can win against in casual modes are REALLY bad players with basic cheats - run into a decent player with good cheats and you cant win.
"if they retaliate against me, I'll personally use my platform..." Dude, you have 39 subs.. chill out champ. It's obvious there is a cheating problem but how do you stop Cronus zen users? It's hardware so unless they go after Walmart and Amazon for distribution of said product you are wasting your time
I don’t see any blatant cheating in your video. Even the videos you claim advertise cheating doesn’t look like cheating. I’m betting they just take clips where their aim was impressive and used that to advertise a fake product. The wall hacking could easily be added in post. The sniper dodging you showcased is just silly. Why do you discount random chance? I’m not saying hacks don’t exist but I’m pretty confident at least some of the examples you illustrated don’t showcase hacks.
man all 20 people playing TA ranked must be really bummed

@@Eradicationist Especially yours, well said 👏
@@lochnesserl8654 i mean that games player counts don't lie dude, so its really not even a opinion....more of a fact.
@Eradicationist It's still alive and don't even mention console
I don’t see any blatant cheating in your video. Even the videos you claim advertise cheating doesn’t look like cheating. I’m betting they just take clips where their aim was impressive and used that to advertise a fake product. The wall hacking could easily be added in post. The sniper dodging you showcased is just silly. Why do you discount random chance? I’m not saying hacks don’t exist but I’m pretty confident at least some of the examples you illustrated don’t showcase hacks.
>shot through shield
>ITS NOT HAX
You play too much. Thats why you keep seeing cheaters. Take some breaks
