I used your kale chip recipe right here, but I put sea salt, garlic pepper & crushed red peppers on them. They came out awesome, I ate the entire cookie sheet of them (but it wasn't completely full)! Thanks for the video!

At my house, we do lemon pepper kale chips by zesting a lemon, sprinkling kosher salt, and topping with fresh coarsely ground black pepper. What I love about kale chips is you can really play around with different flavor and encourage people that healthy food can taste better than a greasy bag of crisps. Great job Donal! You are a bloody brilliant chef! Cheers!

Kale is a little hard to get in Japan but I use Wasabi or spinach leaves with cashew & miso dressing, then dehydrate. They're sooo good. Turns out like tempura. I like spicy so I'll try your recipe next time.

I love to add a little lemon juice so the kale chips are tangy, but I also use a lower heat so the extra moisture from that will steam off before anything burns. I also found that you can make chips out of collard greens, turnip greens, and mustard greens in the same way as kale.

Kale chips are the only thing I can make because they're so easy. What I like to do is the same steps deleaf/clean/dry but then I take a big bowl and use flavored olive oil (mostly spicy like jalapeno or habanero, etc) and massage that into the kale chips. Then I make a combination of spices in a separate little bowl so I can mix them together (this depends on what I'm feeling like at the day but can be sea salt, chile powder, etc). I lay the kale chips on a baking sheet and then sprinkle the spice mixture over it. Usually I only bake them for 12 minutes or less because I seem to often have a lot of small kale pieces and it will burn if I go way too long. But I can attest to what Donal said--kale chips are SO stupid addictive it isn't even funny. I've made three baking sheets of kale chips before in a row/concurrently and still ate all of them right away.

I like your energy. Not to criticize, I wash the kale before I tear it up, I found a few creepy crawlers hidden. I guess it would be added protein though. Also I like that you said 300 deg. and not 350. I think 350 is too high even though it will take a little longer. Balsamic vinegar is good too with some crushed black pepper and Himalayan pink salt.
