Yummy! My wife actually made us kale chips today! They don't sound that appetizing to people who haven't had any, but they actually are delicious! Great video and great recipe! Keep it up :)

Woo Hoo! I made your kale chips, but I did not have the Sunflower seeds or tahini, so I improvised and made a Mexican flavor style, with Valencia Hot sauce, chili powder, and cumin, also used sunflower oil and almonds! OMG!!!! Lovely taste. Thank you for teaching this, these will be in a baggie going on camping trips and traveling with us! G-d bless you!

I have doubled the amount (especially the kale) and make a huge batch for the week, but in doubling, I still just keep the 3 dates, yet I haven't had to add any Liquid aminos.....sprinkle on my 7-8 salads per week, sprinkle on my Supreme burgers......Dehydrate now like 111 degrees-ish for like 15-18 hours.........I use this recipe though, works great, I have used sesame seeds versus sunflower......This is a great one though, thanks again.......

Can you do a video on your dehydrater? Considering investing in one, how did you know when it was worth it to get one? Thank you, entering week #3 wfpb 🌿😁 and love all your videos.

Since there are 4 in our family and we plan on eating this way for the rest of our lives, I think it is a great investment. I love the fact that it saves me from throwing out fruit that is a little over ripe. I just slice it up and stick it in the dehydrator, put it it plastic bags or Tupperware and then it lasts for a long time. Zero waste👍 I do the same with veggies sometimes and save it to make soup in the winter.

Thank-you for sharing this recipe. The work that you have put into your recipes and channel is very apparent and much appreciated. Great to see your family devouring the chips at the end of the video.I think Talia’s last name may be misspelled in the Credits.

Hi Jill! I'm a huge fan of your recipes, i think theyre amazing :) i would like to know your opinion on using air fryers? would you use one yourself or do you think it's a bit unnecessary?

I don’t have one but from my understanding they still use oil to fry even though it is less so I wouldn’t personally use one 🤗

Hi, have you tried dehydrating at 118F so they'd still be considered raw? Thabks!

I feel like I want to build a solar dehydrator so I can preserve my Kale from the garden in a different way. I usually freeze it.
