Hi Penny, just want to thank you. I am really looking forward to try every new workout you release and this keeps me motivated. I used to be super active running, HIIT, Weight training but since January this year, I started having problems with my feet, then knees, then back. Now even shoulder. So I started your Garage Lift series and stopped all fast paced workouts from your other channel and all other youtube workouts I used to do. Your workouts kept me motivated and active really. I modify some stuff due to painful area time to time but I can really keep myself fit. Thank you.

Extremely fatigued, sore everywhere, feeling anxious at the thought of doing HIIT so I created this channel and it’s been the best thing I could do for my mental and physical health. I’m so glad you’re able to keep moving and feel strong and healthy because of the workouts 🙏🙏
Yes💪🏾 the triceps push-ups tried to get me today but I made it(thankfully) 😂 challenged me the most day. I love how you can definitely feel the shift when you increase the weight, I understand why the time dropped a bit. I love a no repeat but these feel different and I really am enjoying this, along with my walk everyday… I am here for it Penny🤗

Combined with day 7 and now got a full body workout in 💪🏻. (Hardest part for me was the last combination of bench dips and push-ups.) Thanks a lot for this series!
🔥🔥💪🏻💪🏻 great workout with a lot of small and greater challenges 👍🤩 (just use enough weights 😂). Definitely feel the upper body now💪🏻 and love it 🤩 Toughest part was the triceps dips and incline pushups 🥵 I was so tired in my upper body when they came, but pushed through 💪🏻 Thank you for another awesome workout, Penny ❤️
Dang good workout🥵💪 Surprisingly I'd have to say the pushups were my biggest challenge!! I used to be able to whip those out no problem. Guess I better get to working on them!!! lol! Thank you Penny for another amazing workout💛
Ooh this was a tough one for me today. First one in a while where I couldn't keep up with your weights and had to grab some lighter ones for some of the moves. Bench dips and push ups were terrible today, my arms were done by then 😂 And the way my arms were shaking by that last plank 😵💫 Choosing to look at it as room for improvement and proud for showing up though whereas once upon a time I would have felt like I failed 😊
I love that so much Lucy! The mindset shift makes a huge difference in staying consistent and positive! Proud of you! I know you’re going to be cranking out those pushups and dips by this time next year 🙌
I’m finally starting to match your weights! However, Super Set 2 killed me. Had to drop way down. I struggled with these last time too. Not sure why they seem so much more difficult. 😣
Do what feels good for you Shari! I’ve had issues with my shoulders recently and am now doing have the weights I use too! Just have to listen to our bodies!
