Yessir, an oldie but goodie. There's still lots of Death that hasn't been updated/reconfigured in the tab/cover world. Hope I'm doing it some kind of justice.
@@DevelopmentofAvoid Brother DoA! I am doing well man, still just relaxin' for a bit & diggin' your latest video!! Heck yeah man love to see you keeping Death alive!!!
Those riffs during the chorus are probably my absolute favorites out of Deaths entire discography and you played them flawlessly!!! So visceral and breakneck fast yet still really really heavy. Cheers🤘
Chuck was on a whole different level from every other band his entire career but especially from Human to Perserverance Holy 💩, The BEST 4 album run EVER! What a talent.
Hey Devo #fingersofdoom. I wanted to thank you for you well wishes on the livestream last night. Loved thst you sl ody succeeded on making bluntness sound like a good thing. lol… you know what I mean. Surgery snd recovery went well. Dr told me he’s releasing me today. Hopeful to be able to pick up my guitar in a week…. And it’s going to take a few to get myself performance ready, only fear right now is the index finger on my fretting hand is numb snd got worse after the surgery. Dr said it should improve but may not improve 100%.
Sic i love how you got the tabs up ..super savage Killa! What are some of your influences? Alot of black metal for sure/// MAyhem? im a Deicide fan...also love Dani Filth!
Man, just seeing this. I'm a big fan of King Diamond, I steal a lot from his music. But the classics like Immortal, Emperor, Xasthur. All great bands in the dark arts. What you like ??
Your best bet is keeping an eye on the Stealth Legacy model sold by BC Rich. Not sure how it works but I think you have to subscribe and contact them through custom shop to get on the waiting list. Still pricey but imagine having a brand new Stealth only for you 😱. I wouldn't let anyone touch it, dead serious, haha. Edit: *sold on BC Rich website
@Development of Avoid I feel you lol, I don't think I'd let anyone touch it. I contacted them a few months back about a custom shop one and one guy said like $10,000 for one. My heart sank lol
DOA Do you have any originals. If so can you place them in a Playlist for me. Pick 2 song for the DHR if you would like to be on it thanks. They don't have to be originals.
@@DevelopmentofAvoid c'mon... as an old geezer and Schuldiner fan i am very sensitive to poor covers. This one is close to perfection in my opinion. Thanks, man! 🤜
That's very kind of you, thank you brother. I think we instinctively tend to give it our best when honoring Chuck. I spent many hours looking at every cover I could find combined with Chuck's live performances to tighten the tablature and performance even more, I'm merely standing on their shoulders, so, props go all around.
@@DevelopmentofAvoid it's obvious that a cover is something reproducible and it's obscene for us to submerge ourselves up to our ears in glamour - after all, we don't create. But... BUT! It can be difficult. It's a balancing act between accuracy and interpretation. Between dispassionate repetition and understanding the original. Leaving aside technique, dexterity, speed and other bullshit which of course also matter there is something else. Something which, in my opinion, you did very well - you conveyed Chuck's passion, energy and atmosphere of the song, and at the same time you consciously polished the technical layer and the sound. And boom - we have an awesome cover that we can all enjoy :)
Your really good. Death is great. Chuck was the best. I learned about ten Death songs or so on rhythm guitar myself but know more Individual Thought Patterns by Death then that , but I never even tried or attempted Scavenger Of Human Sorrow because of how absolutely beautifully insane it is. I might now just from watching and discovering your video 🤘🤘👏👏
Individual Thought Patterns was my first Death experience, also the first songs I learned were from there. Much power to you, bother, thank you for the kind words 🍻
Mannnnn that solo at 3:30 is wild! Crazy tight playing man. Been too long since I’ve listened to Death

Awesome playing! Love watching you tear it up. You keep Chuck's memory alive & well DoA - Thank you! 21 Years ago today. RIP Chuck!
Nietoooo, man how the hell you've been ?? Hope all is well.
And you know it, gotta keep Death alive !!

bro thank you legend for the tab work on these masterpieces....

Thank you for making these Death tab videos dude
Brother, no problem. If you hang tight there is more to come, been focusing on other music but Death is always on the way.
I love you man. Merry Christmas and New Years. Hail Chuck
Excellent cover ❤
Wow 🤘🤘, hell yeah!! Freaking insane. Love it 🔥🎸🔥🎶🔥🤘
This blew me away 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Listening on Conspiracy's Show and had to stop in and support. Awesome track. Absolute killer

BRUTAL!
Very nice, greetings from chile
Goodness... Can't say this is my usual genre of choice, but your playing is really impressive! 😊
You're too kind, thanks for taking the time to check out 🙏
@@DevelopmentofAvoid You're quite welcome! In retrospect, I may have been a bit too honest in that comment. 😂 But you're truly very talented! 😊
Man that killer.
And chuck sang as well!
Great vid, those 8th note rests were clean measure 83 going off of the tab👌👌
Crazy how he would sing sections not matching the guitar. Chorus to Symbolic, for example, very tricky to play and sing like the album.
@@DevelopmentofAvoid definitely. I remember covering it for a show, and I'm pretty sure I cheated it a little haha
@@psychicer5022 I don't blame you. You have any songs/covers you mind sharing ??

I want a stealth so badly, where did you get yours man? That's was some badass playing. Chuck would be proud!
In 2010, local music store went out of business and I happened to be the one with the cash.
