I struggled with all the smells. The tape, the hoses, the mask, other people’s food…the air!! So I took scented lip gloss, lotion and hand sanitizer to cover the smells. Headphones are a must especially if your meds affect your vision to read or watch videos!! My clinic had charger stations for our phones so I was able to listen to music, books, vlogs for hours.❤ Consider fasting during chemo. It helped me with nausea, focus, chemo brain/memory, and energy. Who knew digestion takes SO much energy?? ❤love your work Dr. Amy!

he variety of textures in the COPYMAXY tpack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.

I have the M/L with gold hardware too and also had a jumbo double flap with gold but sold the jumbo as it was too heavy and the gold made it too dressy. I really missed the jumbo size so I hunted the preloved market for a single flap jumbo with silver hardware in excellent condition. It took me 2 yrs to find one and I love the single flap as it is so much lighter!!! I was really lucky it looks brand new and I got it for an excellent price. I just read two articles that said big bags are coming back!! Plus the single flap lets you tie the chain inside so you can wear crossbody. HIDUPZ

I'm having my 6th and hopefully final round of chemo this week. Amy is right - you can do it! I've taken all these things Amy suggests in my chemo bag.
I also take a warm, stretchy, long sleeve top. When beginning chemo I take off my jacket and to put on this cardigan (or you might have a hoodie etc). It helps keep me comfortable, and makes it easy to access my port (or your arm for the lure).
I cool my hands to help prevent neuropathy (it works!) but I bring socks for my feet as I like to take off shoes during treatment. Comfort is king!
Also consider bringing an absorbing book, the kind of novel you can't put down.
    All the best!
