That’s why I love so much that they’re not pushing them into kissing and automatically having the relationship be “perfect”. In fact, I was worried the show would end with them revealing themselves, and then getting together immediately, but I love that their actual relationship is being explored instead because yeah, there wasn’t initially enough of a foundation for Adrinette. Marinette kept Adrien at arm’s length due to her fear of rejection, and she also put him on a pedestal, while chat put Ladybug on a pedestal. Marichat works better because, since neither puts the other on a pedestal and is not looking for a relationship from the other, they can just be friends and thus, get closer to each other and be comfortable with each other due to not fearing rejection. However, marichat is still not entirely realistic due to, yes, chat being in a mask. So I’m really glad that for adrinette we’re getting these moments now that are just focused on them getting to be more comfortable around each other, and working on bettering themselves. Adrien doesn’t want to be pushy, like he was with Ladybug, and his goal is for her to be comfortable around him. Marinette is trying to go with the flow and not control everything anymore out of fear. They are bettering themselves, both in and out of the mask! And it’s lovely to see them start building that foundation, cause love can’t exist without friendship.

We are missing episodes, they aired out order. If you look up the production order you can see that we are still missing episodes 10 and 11, 13-15, 17, and 19 on. (I hope I didn't mess up the numbers since I'm doing it from memory). Elation/Exaltation was episode 9 (the last of the episodes that we have in chronological order) and Protection is episode 16. We also got episode 12, Perfection. And episode 18, Emotion. So we are still missing a lot of context. Hopefully once we have those episodes and can watch it chronologically things will make sense. Most fans seem to think episodes 10 and 11 will answer our big questions on how things took a romantic adrienette turn. Hope that helps:)
We missed some important episodes, but they really were not that far away from dating before. I suspected for a while that when Adrinette gets together it will move fast. There is a lot of pent up emotions and they already had an emotional connection (almost from the very beginning).
I mean, a lot of what's going on in this episode is because of their friends. Like, did they really need to be all there and tring to record Marinete and Adrien's first kiss? I would be pretty embarrassing and pressured if i were in their place 😅

I don't feel like their relationship is what causes the end of the world. I feel like Gabriel interfering with that relationship is what truly causes the end of the world. If you look in both Chat Blanc and Ephemeral; before Gabe discovers their relationship and/or their secret identities, life is peaceful for the Adrien and Marinette. It is only when Gabriel decides to attempt to end the relationship or try to use his son to get what he wants that the world falls.

Chat blanc tells you everything. He found out his son was chat noir and threw him across Paris or ephemeral where Gabriel manipulated Adrien by showing him his mother's body. It's obvious happiness is not what he is pursuing
Yeah I am so happy that the wall between them is turning into love is an open door it's better for them to be in love with each other as their identities than with one of them being in love with the alter ego and one with the identity now not only marinette won't have to reject cat noir anymore she's finally acting more like a normal human being than a robot towards Adrian but yeah Gabriel really is being ungrateful as hell marinette would definitely not have a good father in law married to Adrian and not only he's been ungrateful to his son and future daughter in law he's even being ungrateful to his dead wife I mean in the episode queen wasp which is part 2 of the queens battle he only decided to go back to trying to get the ladybug and cat miraculous because he missed her way too much and it was the only way he could bring her back before he has gotten the rabbit miraculous when he had the rabbit miraculous he could have saved his wife so easily without them but with him choosing power over love he's back to square 1 and start all over again even if Emily does come back to life I don't think she would ever forgive her husband for choosing the miraculoues over her
i think the progression was fast too but at the same time it’s probably bc their feelings had been building for 4 seasons and then finally came to a climax where they both realized that the other one (marinette and chat noir) were there for each other the whole time and i’m sure kwamis choice will explain how she gets to love adrien again after elation also i don’t think she ever acc stopped loving adrien, she just pushed down her feelings after the season 4 finale bc she was scared of making the same mistakes)
Thanks for the video. My only comment is that I think that Marinette has always been comfortable and close with Adrien even from the very beginning. You can see it in episodes like gamer and kung food and even in episodes where she also panics like frozer and puppeteer 2. Marinette only panics when she wants to confess or she is being pressured by her friends to confess. Outside of that Adrinette are very close. I agree that marichat has been much better in that area, but Adrinette has also had a lot of heart to heart moments sprinkled through out all the season.
yeaaa I also thought she was always not comfortable around adrien, but watching back the episodes made me realize the things you mentioned. but I still wasn't comfortable with adrienette before because of how adrien always friendzoned marinette but kinda stayed more than friends with her, but now that Adrien finally starts to acknowledge his feelings for marinette, I had my turning point to fall in love with adrienette. I love the current condition of the love square so much.

Yeah both of her problems between the two adrians no more with being in love with each other's identities and just being friends with their alter egos instead of one with the identity and one with the alter ego we don't have to worry about marinette talking like a robot towards Adrian or turning cat noir away

So, originally i was like all for these new adrienette episodes, but now that you mentioned the foreshadowing thingy... um. My mind just really wants it to be so they start dating after Mr. Gabby dies. Cause we all know he's gonna die, or because unevil in some way by the end of the season. My favorite Miraculous girl Kagami Tsurugi had been akumaitzed a total of 5 times. Including re-akumaitzed into Riposte in episode: "Protection" - Season 5. So yes, Gabe just loves messing with the girls in Adrien's life. 😓😓
The chat blank actually happened when Ladybug and Chat Noir were REVEALED to each other as Adrien and Marinate... And once again the relationship now is healthy. I don't really think Marinate will just break up with Adrien just because his dad come on she is braver now and in chat blank didn't we see that Marinate wasn't Marinating (wtf is that) as usual like she wasn't herself.

A really good video from you! I agree on all of your points and topics. Andrinette was once too akward, you can't be with someone you're uncomfortable with, and Marinette was so uncomfortable I could almost feel her shaking with an extreme of both axcitement and anxiety that I guess I imagine if I were her that she would be vibrating when around Adrien. I wish we had more Ladrien. I feel like between Marichat, in Gorizilla, they had such beauty with their struggle to be normal around one another. I'm surprised the cat wasn't out of the bag when LB once checked on the cinnamon bun while in his bathroom/shower after the fact and her stumblin' really was a'tumblin', I totally thought she gave herself up. It's really unfortunate that I feel like some headcannons are better than the reality of the show, like how Andre the ice cream maker had totally witnessed Marinette transform into Ladybug in Heart Hunter or Queen Wasp when she jumped off infront of the brige Andre is depicting at looking at. IDK. I'm also really upset about how Lukanette and Adrigami ended. Literally lasted from Heart Hunter into Lies. Straight barely 72 hours in real life, I stg. There's some Lukanette at the beginning of United Heroes special that's supposed to take place inbetween of S4 and S5, but it's literally only another three minutes of it, making their relationship barely last more than ... 4 or 6 weeks tops if you hard headcannon it. To add to your Ephemeral + Cat Blanc episode, these not -only- predicted the future, but was very literally happening in that moment at the time. Those times count as real times of their Identity reveal. This even happened in Oblivio, also! I feel like such an idiot for liking the show because it really is a really silly goofy show but also I'm here for it 👏 I think my best pre-season 5 moment with Adriennette was Obvlivio. Chat Blanc and Ephemeral are terrifying because of Gabriel Agreste's involvment in their lives and how far he's willing to go to "restore it", i.ie., literally punting CN (Adrien) miles across Paris to the Eiffle Tower from their home's basement to poisoning Adrien with fear, anxiety, and rage to traumatize and akumatize him for his goals. How many people has Gabriel harmed? Kagami's mother? Felix's dad? His wife and now Nathalie? It's definitely gross, entirely too gross but the enxiety it gives us all makes it so intruiging, I just can't stop watching.
First let me say welcome to team adrienette Second Marinette had been bumped up a level since season 4 You can’t just expect her to automatically be comfortable talking to Adrian even one before she could barely even talked to him this is very much improvement but she still can’t even say I love you yet But there are the cutest
I agree the gaming picnic date was where i looked at the ship different however it was mainly because it started to mirror marichat. Marichat without the superhero-“nonsuperhero” dynamic is just them being able to be their full selves around each other. Marinette could talk to adrien without stuttering and she could be her sassy self since she was comfortable around chat noir and didn’t realize it was adrien. Adrien was able to be his full self without just being the idolized version of him constructed by his father and could see marinette outside of her stuttering and awkwardness. In that ship that could see eschothers true selves and fall in love with that. To me that picnic seen showed a less complicated form of that. I was waiting for adrinette to become that but that took them being comfortable around each other which seemed impossible with marinette. She idolized him way too much and it’s good things are good now. Definitely one of my favorite ships but i’ll always be a marichat shipper at heart.
This is why I'm so concerned about this ship. Because we have seen it go bad, why should this be any different. And I do feel that ephemeral and cat Blanc are just for shadowing this. Then ending of season 5 may just be the ending of their relationship and one of them may end up alumatized

More than a foreshadowing I believe that both episodes (chat blanc and ephimeral) are more related on how things could have turned if they got together BEFORE they get this kind of glow up, mostly in the case of adrien.. In chat blanc and ephimeral adrien fell in love with marinette (or confirmed his love to her) by knowing her identity while in this timeline he fell in love with her BECAUSE !!!! he learned to stand by himself against his father thanks to mari !!!! Which is Important since in both eps he couldn't do that and therefore he got akumatized because standing up against gabriel was smth he couldn't even imagine to do before.. the fact there is a possibility he can do that now is thanks to mari and her advice. It's also kind of what put her on the highlight for adrien in the first place, he started of feeling more in control with his own life, find his own choices, being more comfortable and happy with himself. She helped him in all that just with that advice

i think the only reason why marinette is comfortable with cat noir is because she doesn't know who he is. for example, she gets all weird (at least from season 1- 4 and a little bit of season 5) when she's around adrien. season 1, 2, 3, and 4 were the seasons where she was in love with him, but then she realized that she can't be a superhero and fall in love at the same time. she probably thinks dating cat noir is better, but it lead to her almost being akumatized. she was kinda the same was luka. she felt comfortable with him, but couldn't date him because she was ladybug. luka now understands that starting from the episode wishmaker. with cat noir, she wanted to be with him. but then she realized she almost got akumatized because of that. I love adrienette but they can never reveal their love! marinette was in love with him for so many seasons, and never told him. adrien started to be in love with marinette since the episode "the puppeteer 2," and he never told her since then! he showed it, but never told her. im excited for adrienette but i miss ladynoir :(. have a good day!
Finally adrianette or should I call it adrianettegami??? It seems kagami is part of their relationship kudos to her for being able to endure having front row seats to the budding relationship between "the boy she still loves" and her best friend. You just brought to light one of my fears and I still think we are going to get either an Adrian or marinette akumatization this season. Most importantly I don't think we are going to get an adrianette happily ever after especially since there is still going to be a 6th season and there will be a new hawkmoth which I am 80% sure is going to be laila. The problem still persist, They can't be together as long as there is a super villain so I think 1 one of them will have to give up their miraculous (which I don't think they did, especially since we've been shown a sneak peek of ladybug and chat noir as adults in time tagger). 2 they don't end up together 3 Mr Thomas astruc decides to have mercy on all the miraculous fandom and they somehow end up together and keep their miraculous. I am leaning toward the second option because as we all know Thomas astruc likes our suffering, So I'll try to get used to it now so that i wont cry bucket of tears if it happens, either way, We are in for a bumpy ride this season.
Actually, the fact that they dated as Adrien and Marinette could definite avoid the possibility of the end of the world. In Cat Blanc, they got together just because Adrien loved the idea of Marinette as Ladybug and not because he loves her for her normal self. He had to hide to Marinette that he knows which eventually led him act reckless to save her and reveal his identity to monster Gabe. If they could’ve been honest with each other, Cat Blanc wouldn’t have happened. Adrienette dating will definite help them build more trust with each other. And one day, when the situation is truly dire, they could finally reveal their identities without exposing it to the bad guys

I don't feel like their relationship is what causes the end of the world. I feel like Gabriel interfering with that relationship is what truly causes the end of the world. If you look in both Chat Blanc and Ephemeral; before Gabe discovers their relationship and/or their secret identities, life is peaceful for the Adrien and Marinette. It is only when Gabriel decides to attempt to end the relationship or try to use his son to get what he wants that the world falls.

Chat blanc tells you everything. He found out his son was chat noir and threw him across Paris or ephemeral where Gabriel manipulated Adrien by showing him his mother's body. It's obvious happiness is not what he is pursuing
Yeah I am so happy that the wall between them is turning into love is an open door it's better for them to be in love with each other as their identities than with one of them being in love with the alter ego and one with the identity now not only marinette won't have to reject cat noir anymore she's finally acting more like a normal human being than a robot towards Adrian but yeah Gabriel really is being ungrateful as hell marinette would definitely not have a good father in law married to Adrian and not only he's been ungrateful to his son and future daughter in law he's even being ungrateful to his dead wife I mean in the episode queen wasp which is part 2 of the queens battle he only decided to go back to trying to get the ladybug and cat miraculous because he missed her way too much and it was the only way he could bring her back before he has gotten the rabbit miraculous when he had the rabbit miraculous he could have saved his wife so easily without them but with him choosing power over love he's back to square 1 and start all over again even if Emily does come back to life I don't think she would ever forgive her husband for choosing the miraculoues over her

i think the progression was fast too but at the same time it’s probably bc their feelings had been building for 4 seasons and then finally came to a climax where they both realized that the other one (marinette and chat noir) were there for each other the whole time and i’m sure kwamis choice will explain how she gets to love adrien again after elation
also i don’t think she ever acc stopped loving adrien, she just pushed down her feelings after the season 4 finale bc she was scared of making the same mistakes)

Thanks for the video. My only comment is that I think that Marinette has always been comfortable and close with Adrien even from the very beginning. You can see it in episodes like gamer and kung food and even in episodes where she also panics like frozer and puppeteer 2. Marinette only panics when she wants to confess or she is being pressured by her friends to confess. Outside of that Adrinette are very close.
I agree that marichat has been much better in that area, but Adrinette has also had a lot of heart to heart moments sprinkled through out all the season.
yeaaa I also thought she was always not comfortable around adrien, but watching back the episodes made me realize the things you mentioned. but I still wasn't comfortable with adrienette before because of how adrien always friendzoned marinette but kinda stayed more than friends with her, but now that Adrien finally starts to acknowledge his feelings for marinette, I had my turning point to fall in love with adrienette. I love the current condition of the love square so much.

My mind just really wants it to be so they start dating after Mr. Gabby dies. Cause we all know he's gonna die, or because unevil in some way by the end of the season. A really good video from you! I agree on all of your points and topics. Andrinette was once too akward, you can't be with someone you're uncomfortable with, and Marinette was so uncomfortable I could almost feel her shaking with an extreme of both axcitement and anxiety that I guess I imagine if I were her that she would be vibrating when around Adrien. I wish we had more Ladrien. I feel like between Marichat, in Gorizilla, they had such beauty with their struggle to be normal around one another. I'm surprised the cat wasn't out of the bag when LB once checked on the cinnamon bun while in his bathroom/shower after the fact and her stumblin' really was a'tumblin', I totally thought she gave herself up. It's really unfortunate that I feel like some headcannons are better than the reality of the show, like how Andre the ice cream maker had totally witnessed Marinette transform into Ladybug in Heart Hunter or Queen Wasp when she jumped off infront of the brige Andre is depicting at looking at. IDK. I'm also really upset about how Lukanette and Adrigami ended. Literally lasted from Heart Hunter into Lies. Straight barely 72 hours in real life, I stg. There's some Lukanette at the beginning of United Heroes special that's supposed to take place inbetween of S4 and S5, but it's literally only another three minutes of it, making their relationship barely last more than ... 4 or 6 weeks tops if you hard headcannon it.
To add to your Ephemeral + Cat Blanc episode, these not -only- predicted the future, but was very literally happening in that moment at the time. Those times count as real times of their Identity reveal. This even happened in Oblivio, also! I feel like such an idiot for liking the show because it really is a really silly goofy show but also I'm here for it 👏 I think my best pre-season 5 moment with Adriennette was Obvlivio. Chat Blanc and Ephemeral are terrifying because of Gabriel Agreste's involvment in their lives and how far he's willing to go to "restore it", i.ie., literally punting CN (Adrien) miles across Paris to the Eiffle Tower from their home's basement to poisoning Adrien with fear, anxiety, and rage to traumatize and akumatize him for his goals. How many people has Gabriel harmed? Kagami's mother? Felix's dad? His wife and now Nathalie? It's definitely gross, entirely too gross but the enxiety it gives us all makes it so intruiging, I just can't stop watching.

Second Marinette had been bumped up a level since season 4 You can’t just expect her to automatically be comfortable talking to Adrian even one before she could barely even talked to him this is very much improvement but she still can’t even say I love you yet

I agree the gaming picnic date was where i looked at the ship different however it was mainly because it started to mirror marichat. Marichat without the superhero-“nonsuperhero” dynamic is just them being able to be their full selves around each other. Marinette could talk to adrien without stuttering and she could be her sassy self since she was comfortable around chat noir and didn’t realize it was adrien. Adrien was able to be his full self without just being the idolized version of him constructed by his father and could see marinette outside of her stuttering and awkwardness. In that ship that could see eschothers true selves and fall in love with that. To me that picnic seen showed a less complicated form of that. I was waiting for adrinette to become that but that took them being comfortable around each other which seemed impossible with marinette. She idolized him way too much and it’s good things are good now. Definitely one of my favorite ships but i’ll always be a marichat shipper at heart.

More than a foreshadowing I believe that both episodes (chat blanc and ephimeral) are more related on how things could have turned if they got together BEFORE they get this kind of glow up, mostly in the case of adrien..
In chat blanc and ephimeral adrien fell in love with marinette (or confirmed his love to her) by knowing her identity while in this timeline he fell in love with her BECAUSE !!!! he learned to stand by himself against his father thanks to mari !!!!
Which is Important since in both eps he couldn't do that and therefore he got akumatized because standing up against gabriel was smth he couldn't even imagine to do before.. the fact there is a possibility he can do that now is thanks to mari and her advice.
It's also kind of what put her on the highlight for adrien in the first place, he started of feeling more in control with his own life, find his own choices, being more comfortable and happy with himself. She helped him in all that just with that advice

So, i noticed when watching despair bear, you can see adrien holds marinnette a certain way while dancing. Then, Alya fixes their pose and all to make him hold her tighter. Well, when they dance in the New York special, he doesn’t dance how he did originally, he dances how he did when Alya made him hold her tighter, after he shrugged and continued dancing?! While Marinette is dancing the same original way if i remember correctly.

i think the only reason why marinette is comfortable with cat noir is because she doesn't know who he is. for example, she gets all weird (at least from season 1- 4 and a little bit of season 5) when she's around adrien. season 1, 2, 3, and 4 were the seasons where she was in love with him, but then she realized that she can't be a superhero and fall in love at the same time. she probably thinks dating cat noir is better, but it lead to her almost being akumatized. she was kinda the same was luka. she felt comfortable with him, but couldn't date him because she was ladybug. luka now understands that starting from the episode wishmaker. with cat noir, she wanted to be with him. but then she realized she almost got akumatized because of that. I love adrienette but they can never reveal their love! marinette was in love with him for so many seasons, and never told him. adrien started to be in love with marinette since the episode "the puppeteer 2," and he never told her since then! he showed it, but never told her. im excited for adrienette but i miss ladynoir :(. have a good day!

You just brought to light one of my fears and I still think we are going to get either an Adrian or marinette akumatization this season. Most importantly I don't think we are going to get an adrianette happily ever after especially since there is still going to be a 6th season and there will be a new hawkmoth which I am 80% sure is going to be laila. The problem still persist, They can't be together as long as there is a super villain so I think
1 one of them will have to give up their miraculous (which I don't think they did, especially since we've been shown a sneak peek of ladybug and chat noir as adults in time tagger).

Actually, the fact that they dated as Adrien and Marinette could definite avoid the possibility of the end of the world. In Cat Blanc, they got together just because Adrien loved the idea of Marinette as Ladybug and not because he loves her for her normal self. He had to hide to Marinette that he knows which eventually led him act reckless to save her and reveal his identity to monster Gabe. If they could’ve been honest with each other, Cat Blanc wouldn’t have happened. Adrienette dating will definite help them build more trust with each other. And one day, when the situation is truly dire, they could finally reveal their identities without exposing it to the bad guys
