I personally have the c920 best budget starter I can say cause usually Amazon always bundles the shifter as well so I only spent like 230$USD at the time for them all and haven’t complained and honestly makes me wanna progress more on upgrading down the road
Started with G25, when it broke got a G27. Last year that one broke, now i have fanatec csl dd. Way more quiet than all of these, the shifter pedals are the loudest on it.
I had a T 150 force feed back was wonderful just couldn’t deal with the crunching sound every time I turned couldn’t replace the plastic bearing because I wasn’t capable lol
My first steering wheel was a G29 which I used for 1.5 years, but this steering wheel has an extremely loud belt motor, it's ok to start with but I personally currently have a Thurstmaster TX which has an extremely nice force feedback and also an extremely quiet one I would say that Thurstmaster TX is an extremely good pro wheel for Xbox and PC for 400 dollars. There is also the Thurstmaster T300 which has the same engine as the Thurstmaster TX but, strangely enough, has more steering angle than the Thurstmaster TX
My first wheel was a Logitech driving force GT and it was amazing because ist was my first wheel, 5 years later i bought a Thrustmaster t150 and, i Can say it is 🤯
Driving Force GT still a fantastic wheel with excellent force feedback pedals are gash but turn down their sensitivity to around 25 % and they do a good job

G29 has cogs not belt .And I agree if the force feedback is to high it makes a lot of noice.
