I've tried oil pulling, too, but the flushing around felt too exhaustive after a while. Nowadays I brush my teeth every now and then with turmeric and coconut oil made to a paste. I find it to be less harsh than charcoal powder and more effective than oil pulling. It doesn't whiten your teeth dramatically like artificial teeth whitening products, but it cleanses them off from stains, which in my opinion makes them naturally "white".

I have been using coconut oil for two weeks. I even drink it it in hot water. My skin feels amazing. My teeth have whitened. I had dry patches along my jaw line on my face. Really dry and no lotion ever made it go away. One treatment and completely gone. I also dice up raw Ginger and tumeric, tsp of eat. Swallowing with water. It helps regulate blood sugar, cholesterol, it took away my neuropathy.
God gave us everything. Thank you mother earth 💞

I've been oil pulling on and off for about 4 years now. What really made me a believer is I went to the dentist and they wanted to pull one of my wisdom teeth because I had a cavity but I refused and told them I would make an appointment in the near future to have the procedure done. I came home and started oil pulling right away and kept doing it consistently for about a month. I then went back to the dentist and they wanted to know where the cavity went lol they were amazed and so was I

An anecdote for you to ponder...which has to do with olive oil and my 10 year old cat...I have 3 cats of the same age and naturally all cats as they age their teeth get discolored and gums not as healthy. However one of my cats is addicted to olive oil and I have been giving her small amounts multiple times a day which is ok with her veterinarian. At her checkup the vet was amazed that her teeth are as white and clean and gums as healthy as a kittens!. So here is at least evidence that it does work to clean tooth enamel of plaque and promote healthy gums in a cat, whose tissues and teeth are very much the same as ours.

😄 Oil pulling helped me with my gums a lot. My gums tend to bleed easily but after using coconut oil they haven't. As for the whitening effect, I saw difference after a month. But it wasn't as big as after using a whitening strip. I have stopped oil pulling because I just got lazy .... you really should it make it into a habit. After not using for few times I just forgot 😅😐
Tina could you please make a video about fine lines 🙈 I have tried some Korean and Japanese massages for my sleep mark on my face 😅 I tend to sleep on one side and even after trying different sleeping methods or using a silk pillow... I still can't break that sleeping habit and cant get rid of that sleeping mark. If you have a any advice I would really appreciate it 🙇‍♀️
😊 Also thank you so much for all your videos!!! Every video is really informative and on point. You are one of few UA-camrs whose videos seem to be honest. All your views, including me, really appreciate your honesty!!! Thank you for everything ❤❤❤🌻🌻🌻

be careful with charcoal for your teeth. it's a very fine powder and it might seem gentle, but with repeated use it's like sandpaper that wears away enamel. experts tend to agree that its risks outweigh its benefits.

I got one custom made for me by the dentists lab and was able to do a payment plan for it since I didnt want to pay $300 dollars right off the bat. Also, I heard that the cheap ones can be ill fitting, causing possible gum and TMJ issues.
