You're really a nice tutor. You simplified everything and didn't hold back any detail. I was particularly impressed when you shared your earlier experiences. Well, I simply came to check if you before the printout with a spray before sticking to a surface or after doing that. Thanks.
I appreciate your comment and as I present any video I try to include every step so that anyone can accomplish that same process. Thanks for watching and I’m glad you were able to gather something that benefits you.
Thank you very much. I have been searching for videos on how to use waterslide decals that didn't just gloss over the part about prepping your decal paper and sliding it on.
I really enjoyed this tutorial, you took your time to explain what you were doing and i appreciate that. I'm going to go buy a cheap oven that i can use this for this purpose.
Thank You So much for sharing. I had the Same the Problem with Modge podge I was so Mad Too I had to sell it to customers like that. I'm gonna try this.
Thank you for the video. I have been looking for a video with this paper for a while now. I have followed the directions to a T. I couldn't get the decal to stick to my cup without it wrinkling up or ripping. I was using mod podge to seal it. I am going to try the other spray you used. Thank you so much.
Hello enjoyed the tutorial.. Coffee filters can be used to smooth/remove air bubbles and water from underneath by gently dabbing/smoothing from one side of the decal to the other, I hope this helps...
You did a great job! I bought water slide paper from Amazon a few weeks ago but hadn’t used it yet. This tutorial was right on time, thank you! I’m wondering if I can use my tumbler press to heat it since I don’t have an oven solely for crafting. 🤔
Thank you so much Tonie! There are so many different procedures on UA-cam for waterslides, in your opinion, do you think the gloss or the matte finish works best? Most of mine is going on resin, but it'll be light/clear/translucent or white backgrounds. Also, I shouldn't spray in my little apt. nor outside, my neighbors get pissed at the odor even tho it's gone in a few min. Are there any indoor alternatives (non aerosol) that you know of to seal/coat?
It was on I believe 395 but the instruction gives 212-392 and it really depend on your over and I left it in there for about 15minutes. Thanks for watching
Yes and no, I did use an inexpensive conventional oven that I brought specifically to sublimate in because once you use it you cannot cook in it anymore because of the gases that are released doing sublimation.
@@MaryTorres-zy8jw I would not use a mug press because it will melt and most definitely not your oven but you can use a hair dryer for water slide I used
Thanks!!!!👍🏽 for sharing your Aweeesome!!!!!🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟+ Video Tutorial 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because I was wondering how people did this waterslide thing and then sealed them like wow!! 😲 onto there cups and did you have to buy a special oven to bake your cups in? I’m so Amazed!! That I’m sitting here looking at your Video Tutorial with a bag of Popcorn 🍿 🤣 That’s how interesting it is
My apology for the delay in responding but as mentioned these two cups I added the water slide decal on were from the dollartree and walmart. The oven I brought was a regular conventional over from big lot.

Hello @Nati personally I whorls not advise you to use the tumbler press for this method given it’s a sticker

Question? If you used glossy photo paper, why use a matte spray?
The spray is to seal the ink and I preferred matte spray but that was my preference. Thanks for watching.
Thank you ma'am 💖

What temperature did you put the oven on and for how long did you leave it in for ?
It was on I believe 395 but the instruction gives 212-392 and it really depend on your over and I left it in there for about 15minutes. Thanks for watching
Can i use this for temporary tattos on the skin?
I never tried that but in order for the water slide the melt you must apply heat and I would not suggest it.
What Oven did You use by the Way?
I used a inexpensive small black & decker over.
Do you use the same oven you cook in?
Yes and no, I did use an inexpensive conventional oven that I brought specifically to sublimate in because once you use it you cannot cook in it anymore because of the gases that are released doing sublimation.
Can I use my mug press? Is it toxic to use in my oven?

Hey @MaryTorres-zy8jw don't forget to subscribe to my channel to see more video's to come. Thank you
what size are you sizing your pictures before printing
I size the picture by measuring the area of the cup I want the picture to cover. So, basically it depends on the cup measurements
