Not a complaint just trying to clarify, I believe the insertion points for gracilis and Sartorius are the Pes Anserine and NOT the tibial tub. Tibial tub is for the convergence of the patellar tendon. Thank you again for the video though
Have you ever heard of a muscle deformity of the inner thigh? The muscle closer to the back of the leg. I've been lifting weights for about 15 years and never had any issues, but now, half way up the thigh is concave with a large muscular bulge just beneath, about a couple inches higher than the knee. I notice that side of my body has less mass than my right side. I don't particularly have any issues with my health, so I wonder if it's some weird results of favoritism.
sir very confused about pectineus muscle you are saying that it is present in medial group of thigh but book saying that it is present in anterior group ref; Snell's Clinical Anatomy by Regions

Good video but can yoou change colors when for you medial view
My Vastus Intermedius is sore from my leg workout.
These videos are great…but you forgot to mention what nerve activated the abductors and the posterior muscles
he mention sciatic for posterior but not the abductors
Is there is a pdf that have these pics?
Sir medial group function is internal rotation not external 😊
Can you provide PDF for print?
Wow, amazing job, thank you! Shouldn't it be "rectus femoris" though instead of "recus femoris"? :)
what about tensor fascia latae?
he included on posterior of hip muscles.
What about hamstrings
Where is the hip muscle video sir
Patellar ligament ?
Every bone is is joined to bone through ligament
