It took my lecturer half a semester to teach the lower limb and here is a halfway 10mins dive. Guess I just traveled through time on youtube. Thanks for the video will be looking forward to complete the dive.

Great video thank you. Seeing how everything is beautifully made by our God & creator ...and how's it all fits together, with it's different ranges of motions is stunning 🙂🙏
I want to thank and give a lot positive energy and well wishes to the humans who have made this video and shared on the UA-cam platform for free. It has helped me learn and improve my knee health. Thanks again a ton ❤
I need help! I am having a really painful problem where it feels as if the joint connecting my tibia and femur slip out of place due to hypermobile joints. I can’t find any research or guidance as to what this could be or what is actually happening. It caused extreme pain and I’m getting so frustrated. Does anyone know what this is about?

I keep touch my knees while watching this video

I am not a doctor ir surgeon but I wonder if maybe you have a torn ACL? I have torn both of mine and you seem to be describing what happened to me.
