I just started watching this Podcast. This is the 3rd episode. I know that I need therapy. This episode, the Dr’s words of encouragement… I’ve decided to seek therapy. It felt like she was only talking to me. Thank you.

    Hello Chanel Nichole Scott 🐞,
I just wanted to send you a heartfelt message to let you know how much your story has touched my heart. After reading "Relationships Matter" and listening this episode of the Podcast, I feel a deeper emotional connection to your journey. Your vulnerability and strength in sharing your past traumas have truly resonated with me.
The ladybug emojis are a symbol of love and protection, and I want to offer you love and support as you navigate through these experiences. It's okay to feel sadness and to acknowledge the pain that comes with reflecting on past relationships. Your courage in speaking about these challenges is an inspiration to many.
Regarding the question Josh asked about triggers and emotions, I believe that feelings and emotions are indeed different. Emotions are within our control, but feeling come outside of our control, and we have the power to choose how we respond to different situations with our thoughts.
You are not alone in this journey, and I am grateful for your openness and honesty. Sending love and positive energy your way. #StrengthInVulnerability #HealingJourney 🐞💕

I respecttfully do NOT agree that trauma starts in childhood. It starts in the WOMB. This has been scientifically studied & proven.
