I just a few days ago started watching the pod cast Hardly Initiated and found out about DR. Spirit. She is absolutely awesome and incredible. I can hear hear her all day. The way she encourages and motivates you to take care of yourself is just mind blowing. I am forever grateful to have listened to her and to know and realize that I need therapy to heal.
Wow! I needed this today. Thank you for your podcast. Dr. Spirit, I learn so much about me and my hurt and pain through your messages each time I hear you. I'm starting my journey of working on me❤ Thank you for sharing part of your testimony and experience.❤
This was a Powerful episode for me. Dr Spirit you educated me on so much.. it makes being vulnerable a necessity to heal. We learn so much about others but the reflection on ourselves is what is so needed to grow in all aspects of your life. DOING THE WORK IS A MUST! Please bring her back..WOW❤❤❤
This was priceless. Thank you hosts for sharing your own experiences and being vulnerable. You asking Dr. Spirit what she needs to say to us was originally priceless.
Great episode and I learned a lot. This is what I needed to hear. Dr. Spirit, my soul felt and received your message at the end it had me crying 😢. Thank you for helping us in need of healing. 🙏🏽💙

Ok, my new favorite episode! The podcast just keeps getting better and better! Had me over here crying. 🥺 So much that I needed to hear & so many great questions asked. I feel like Chanel is telling my story. We have so many similarities, it's borderline scary. Dr Spirit was absolutely AMAZING! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾PLEASE BRING HER BACK!! 😀 Great episode y'all! ❤
This was my first time tuning into the podcast, and what a beautiful episode it was! ❤ I deeply commend the hosts for their transparency and vulnerability. Sharing past traumas on such a public platform is no small feat. Kudos to each of you for inviting us into your healing journey while simultaneously offering invaluable resources to the community. 😘
I just started watching this Podcast. This is the 3rd episode. I know that I need therapy. This episode, the Dr’s words of encouragement… I’ve decided to seek therapy. It felt like she was only talking to me. Thank you.
Hello Chanel Nichole Scott 🐞, I just wanted to send you a heartfelt message to let you know how much your story has touched my heart. After reading "Relationships Matter" and listening this episode of the Podcast, I feel a deeper emotional connection to your journey. Your vulnerability and strength in sharing your past traumas have truly resonated with me. The ladybug emojis are a symbol of love and protection, and I want to offer you love and support as you navigate through these experiences. It's okay to feel sadness and to acknowledge the pain that comes with reflecting on past relationships. Your courage in speaking about these challenges is an inspiration to many. Regarding the question Josh asked about triggers and emotions, I believe that feelings and emotions are indeed different. Emotions are within our control, but feeling come outside of our control, and we have the power to choose how we respond to different situations with our thoughts. You are not alone in this journey, and I am grateful for your openness and honesty. Sending love and positive energy your way. #StrengthInVulnerability #HealingJourney 🐞💕
I absolutely loooved the male host asked her about her triggers. I had NO IDEA she was divorced. I am one of those people who had her on a pedestal thinking she couldn't relate to me as a divorced woman. Wow! This was a really great episode that showed another side of her (I've watched a lot of her interviews).
That was so very powerful what Dr. Spirit said at the end I need to hear that thank you all so much for the encouraging words that .I had heard on this podcast also for you all just being strong enough to open up about different situations that happened in your own lives that just helped me out so much so thank you I will definitely keep on listing to this pod cast keep on doing what you are you doing be blessed.
Some people have host etiquette some need to be taught and guided more if you’re going to be in this space and speaking to a woman. Listen learn and grow.
He asked most of the questions actually I think you're seeing how you want to see it....he was very invested and actually acknowledged Dr Spirit more than anyone I've seen in these podcasts...he actually affirmed her more at the end
I've been saying this since I first discovered Dr Spirit, she is an absolutely incredible empress, therapist and soul.
Love to you all from the UK.

That last part that Dr S pulled out of her bag had me gushing. She's a keeper, the real deal. ❤
Dr. Spirit is the TRUTH. I'm also a licensed clinician, and I aspire to be as knowledgeable as she is.

The male host is so dry 😂😂😂😂 but Dr.Spirit is amazing
That part. He acts like he is not interested in the conversation at all
Yes and yes!
He asked most of the questions actually I think you're seeing how you want to see it....he was very invested and actually acknowledged Dr Spirit more than anyone I've seen in these podcasts...he actually affirmed her more at the end
I respecttfully do NOT agree that trauma starts in childhood. It starts in the WOMB. This has been scientifically studied & proven.
32:12
Are you the scientist that has studied this😢
@@LadyK09She's correct. It is called Epigenetics. That is my area of study.
Yes! It is called Epigenetics... Trauma effects genes which effects emotional well-being which effects the fetus.
But that's what Dr Spirit said. She even went further to say that trauma can be passed on from your GRANDMOTHER'S womb! Trauma is really complex.
This woman😭😭😭😭😭😭
I am grateful for this episode
