+John Wick there will be non turbo 911's as an option. They are coming out with a 911 R which will have a detuned 991 gt3 motor. No turbos and manual only.

Yes they are edited very well and of really good quality, but for me Chris Harris devlivers more joy when honning it around and driving more quick and sensationall then in XCARFilmes videos.

+bighands69 I got a decked out black Toyota 86, that is good enough for me. :D A car like this would only serve me more headaches, others do not appreciate things you work hard for. My car has never seen a supermarket carpark, and will remain so.

Considering they're all sold out and any that pop up in the classifieds are being advertised for anywhere between £220k and £250k, its moved the GT3 RS up into a whole different bracket. For £200k you can buy a lightly used Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with a 730bhp V12 or for £230k a low mileage Aventador LP700-4, or even a 1500 mile Mclaren 650S for £160k. You've really got to want that GT3 RS to fork out well over £200k for it.
Considering that the 911 GT3 RS eats Aventador for Breakfast, ill take it anyday :-)
Karan Singh yeah on track mate, not in the real world and I would probably go for that GT3RS as well but you gotta think of the way you would use it. I doubt you would go to the track every weekend...
XCAR reviews are great, but its this presenter that truly makes it special, he is exceptional.
I honestly think this is one of the most beautiful cars on the market right now.

To all of those who say "needs more Chris Harris" and "where is the tire smoke" and "we dont want the history lesson", well, you can always go watch other car channels, what makes XCar special is the history links, the review that is made for everyday car lovers, a lot of you say "thrash it" but most of you dont even know how to drive on track (assuming you've even been on a track). Alex, dont change your style, its awesome.

So this is to 99% a track only car that you can drive from home to the track and back. And GT3 is a little better in that area. It's also very track focused. The big wings and extreme aero on both cars is the reason for the high performance. Some seems to forget all that.

How can a 1% car be one of the best Road cars on sale.he just said it was better then the turbo witch has softer suspension more power better interior more comfortable and almost as fast on track but it's some how worse.

Only 1% of people who have the money to buy a car like this actually would take it to a track. The "1%" statement and "the best car you can buy" statement are related. Consider this: having a car that can break land speed records, but can't corner, could be considered "the best", but only people who drag race, or are interested in going at break neck speeds, would appreciate it and value it. The 911 GT3 RS, is the best car... but not everyone is going to understand it.

I understand perfectly iv been in an old rs before but just because it's good on track doesn't mean it's the best Road car.these things are now costing more then ferrari v12s and mclarens for that sort of money it's just not worth it especially when you can get turbo s for £140,000.

Alex awesome review, Porsche is my favorite car company because I praise the 911 so obviously the gt3rs is one of my favorite Porsches and this is one of the best gt3rs reviews I've ever seen. Also, it would be awesome if you did a review of the Porsche 964 reimagined by singer, I know the gt3rs is a beast on the track but I would really like to see a review on how good the singer Porsche is at everything else. I think your team would be able to make the best Singer Porsche review on UA-cam.

I like the Turbo ''S" more. I really think the turbo is the best both economical wise and performance wise.

This a very good track car and GT3 is also close to being a track only car. Thing is Ferrari doesn't make track only cars. Even their lighter version cars like Speciale can be comfortable on road and has to look good and not be just about performance. If track driving is your thing then there are many cheaper track cars for that, and faster. That is why Ferrari doesn't put a lot of big wings and extreme aero parts on their cars as Porsche does. Ferrari uses more modern active aero parts such as flaps that are more suited for a modern sports car. But tracks cars can use big wings as they are old school and therefor cheaper.

+Fast Er cheaper and faster, doubt it unless your talking about shade tree mechanic, Ferrari has lost to Porsche over 40,000 times that was 20 years ago,ferrari uses wings in races and ferrari has lawsuits against them cause they never produce whats advertised , please drive one for 8 hours and tell me the porsche is uncomfortable. Too bad those modern aero pats all invented by Germans are getting their ass kicked by not modern sports car, yer full of crap.

The base GT3 is more suited for the street than the RS? Could you use the base GT3 as a "daily driver" and still get almost as much "feel" and "GT3 RS driving experience"?

+XCar as cool as this is, (ignoring the intangible aspects) my assumption is the Turbo S provides more speed and performance in 9/10 situations. Am I wrong? How GT car could it possibly be.
i think most supercars are going the wrong way today. everything what counts today are stats, which leads to ridiculous amounts of horsepower.
but is it fun to have 1000+hp with maybe mediocre engine characteristics where u have too break instantly after accelerating, or t have a nice balanced car with great handling?
i dont know, never driven bugatti or what ever. my bet is that people will enjoy a car with great handling like the gt3 way more than some super crazy HP-monsters.
