    INTERMITTENT FASTING BENEFITS:
    Intermittent fasting operates on the premise of granting your body a reprieve from the constant digestion of food. This approach may result in a lower overall calorie intake compared to more frequent eating patterns. Moreover, the less frequent meals associated with intermittent fasting can positively impact blood sugar levels, particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with prediabetes or type two diabetes.
    Another potential effect of intermittent fasting is the initiation of autophagy, a process in which the body eliminates damaged cells during periods of reduced food digestion. While there is some evidence suggesting that autophagy may decrease the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases, further research is necessary to establish these connections conclusively.
    IS INTERMITTING FASTING SAFE:
    Research suggests that it can be safe for healthy adults. But there’s not enough evidence to show what would happen if you did this type of fasting for a long time. There are also some circumstances where it would not be suitable.
    • If you are pregnant or trying to conceive or breastfeeding
    • Have type 1 diabetes
    • Have a history of disordered eating
    So, it’s worth checking with your doctor if you have any health issues or concerns.

    Can you fast from 3PM - 10AM
    And continue it every single day of every single week? Or do you have to stop and eat normal and take breaks from fasting? That’s what I’m confused about

    Fasting was a regular practice of Muhammad's (PBUH) life, not just during Ramadan. He would fast until Maghrib every Monday and Thursday, and also on the 13, 14 and 15 of each month. This is similar to the intermittent fasting practice

      yes. it works for me. been doing that for 1month. and i lost a massive amount of belly fat and most importantly, i didnt lose my muscles, im gaining it
