I wish Dr John you would do a session on spontaneous fractures and osteoporosis. I’ve had Anti phospholipid Syndrome for 38 year, MGUS
for 19 years and I’m in life long Warfarin. All three lead to spontaneous bone fractures. If there’s something I can do without purely relying on strong medications I’d be over the moon!

I have been following Dr. Bergman for years!
Because of him I found the type of chiropractor closest to what he does. That changed my life.
I still wish I could see Dr.Bergman but it just isn't feasible.

What should someone do if they broke their hip and the hip healed wrong? Now one surgeon said the way it healed was wrong and it may be serious. I never knew it broke. I am also battling Lyme. I don’t know what to do.
I can sympathize. If your bone healed incorrectly, I’m not sure you can do much for the bone specifically but for me personally with my bone joint and tendon/ligament issues from lyme… going to a good chiropractor for adjustments and doing a good rehab workout regimen can go a long way..

@@BriBorgersen Thanks for the tip! Yes, Dr. B always recommends finding a local chiro, doing necessary digital X-rays, and getting adjusted in such cases.
Here's a list of questions that could be helpful.
A good chiro should be able to answer YES to 5 of them.
1. Do you take x-rays?
2. Do you get spinal listings off of the X-rays?
3. Is your goal to restore normal function or only symptom relief?
4. Do you take post-x-rays to document the structural changes made?
5. Are you familiar with repairing disc injuries? (this requires a high level of skill)
6. Do you work with post-spinal surgery patients? (this requires a high level of skill)
7. Do you work with Pediatrics and the Elderly? (this requires very specific techniques)
