I used to tell my grade 10 students in English 10 that the best in imprumptu speech I know is no other than former president Ferdinand E Marcos who I think is perhaps the only president who does not need the sevice of a speech writer.

Philippines is the owner of 1.85trillion tonnes of gold deposited by the custodian lawyer of the Tallanos- Mr. Marcos in the World Bank under secured time deposit from 1950-2000 with interest all to the sole beneficiary- the people of the Philippines. Some of the golds are in the Central Banks of the Philippines now and some are in Swiss banks. In fact USA used this gold deposit to be able to print dollars which became the world currency. Soon as one of the Marcoses got back in Malacanang Palace, these Gold will be served to the Filipino people and the Philippines will become the riches country on Earth!
