This race wouldn't have been won without Tianna, Tianna held her own against Pocket Rocket, The Goat Shelly. Felix was gonna do her thing and did, Bianca maintained, and Jeter was the FINISHER. The relay coaches was genius in picking this group.

Watched Jeter's interview... Paid a lot of props to Bianca Knight actually. In fact, as group lead, Jeter insisted that it be Bianca to hand to her because she could trust her.
By the way I do agree Madison played a huge role. Allyson Felix was untouchable that season and was always going to do her thing.
Jeter herself of course was not gonna be touched.

I feel Jet was on so much form that she wouldve won the singles gold. Her split was 9.7 which say from her start block seemed a 10.7 maybe less

    Jeter ran a 9.7 split. Isn't that like a men's 100m time?

With a running start. It's in line with her PB from the blocks, 10.64. It's still an amazingly fast split for a woman.

40.82. . . . So let me get this straight. .. . That means everyone averaged a 10.2. And with the baton exchange basically and 10.0 or 10.1 🤔. These women were amazing

Jeter and Felix ran under 10 seconds actually. Felix ran 9.96 I believe, and Jeter ran 9.70 (one of the fastest splits ever ran by a woman).

What "bend" is he talking about. Allyson rand the "back stretch"! She always runs the 2nd leg. with exception of 2004 when she started. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

What " WOWW" me??...was the control Madison had on her body when she handed off to Felix!! She surprised Felix on how fast she got there. That's the point in the race that could have destroyed Team USA's gold and record.

Why does the narrator keep calling Allyson Felix’s leg a “bend”? It was a straightaway. The 2nd leg is the exact opposite of a bend. It’s the longest straightaway.

And to think they were almost disqualified in the heat stages ... Allyson Felix is one of the most decorated Track & Field Athlete/Olympian of all time!! Imo.. She's still making history and happy for her!!! Knight, Madison, Felix and Jeter, were absolutely amazing! I come to this race whenever I need some feelings of joy, triumph, determination and where "leave it all on the field (track)" is displayed!!
