    I remember sitting on the backyard of my grandma’s house earring grapefruit while she does gardening and singing cute songs that are traditional to Mexico together, that’s why every time I see or eat grapefruit I remember her and give her a call or go for a visit. I miss all the plants of her house and one little space where me and my cousins used to plant grapefruit and lemon seeds to see if they would grow heh but my grandparents had to seal the backyard because it made the house full of insects and I remember sitting at the stairs leading to the now destroyed backyard crying and my gran-gran saying that nothing lasts forever but we can always enjoy the memories that you created there with the people you loved, hugged me and leaded me to the kitchen where she gave me grapefruit on my favorite bowl.
    It was sweet.
    I cried when I tasted it and there’s a pic of me crying while eating that grapefruit.

    I really love grapefruit so I will try this. I will probably mix it with soda water.
    There is a great grapefruit cake with creamcheese frosting that is great. It was made famous by the Brown Derby that used to be in Hollywood, California.

    Thank you for another way to enjoy my favorite fruit! I sometimes add marmalade or jelly to my tea for the fruity flavors in winter, but this is much fresher and nicer. Two suggestions: 1) make candy with the washed peels, instead of throwing them away-it’s delicious, and you’ve already done all the prep work, and 2) have you tried honey, instead of sugar? It might be more healthful, but probably much more expensive. I’m definitely trying this recipe! Also, you can find wide-mouthed canning funnels that make filling the jar easier and less wasteful.

    자몽청에이드 만들기~~~
    자몽 깨끗이 씻고 자몽하나씩 껍질 벗긴후
    자몽과 설탕 섞어서 소독한 병에
    자몽넣고 뚜껑 랩.뚜껑 닫고 몇일 후
    자몽청 되여 차로 대용 먹는 과정까지
    눈으로 담아봅니다.
    코로나19로 휴교중 시골에 가있는
    딸이 알냥님의 자몽청 만드는 영상을 보고 만들고 싶다고 하여
    제가 알냥님 영상을 보게 되었어요.

      on similar videos, they all store them for up to a month in the fridge.

    자몽넣을때 젖가락이용해서 누르면좋고 병밑에는 마른천이나 행주깔고하면
    소리도 안나고 좋아요ㆍ

    과즙과 설탕이 그대로 넣으면 설탕 절대 녹지않는다 슬라이스해서 병둘레를 예쁘게 감싸았지만 자주저어야 하는데 ~녹여서 넣는게 순서일듯

    I love grapefruit. It Smells devine. Your jars are beautifully done with that slice in the middle. Wow, I never thought about grapefruit tea. How long can this be stored? Do you store on shelf or in the refrigerator? Does it need to sit in dark area, the countertop or the sun before you first use it? Will the plastic stay in place until you open the jar or do you remove plastic and then store it? Thanks for sharing this recipe. Would you make other videos showing different recipes to use this? Thank you so much for English-language subtitle. I appreciate. Sorry, Lots of questions. This is new to me and I want to get it right when I make this. I just subscribed.

    한때 탄산수열풍이 불어 자몽청을 했었다. 깨끗히 씻고 병도 소독해 열탕까지 해서 지인들에게 선물도 하고 먹기위해 20병했다 쓴 바람에 폭망했다. 이유는 껍질을 벗기지 않아서였다.

      Can anybody help me...
      It is left to stand for 3 days, my question is.... 3 days in the refrigerator or out of the refrigerator.
      In case of being outside the refrigerator, in very hot areas it can be in the refrigerator, since where I live is very hot and if you left it outside the refrigerator with the plastic and the lid, I am almost sure it would spoil.

    Use a funnel, less messy and avoids getting the grapefruit around the rim where it can cause mould.

    난 동그랗게두개랑 나머지는 잘게 믹서기로 다졌다 그러니 설탕과 더잘 조화가되서 맛나게 숙성되었다 뭐만하면 파괴파괴 하는데 ‥ 그냥무시하고 담아서 형제간들에게 하나씩줬다 맛있다고 ^^

    Would like to know if the grapefruit (tea) is supposed to Mature for 3 days at room temperature or in refrigerator...
    And...After the grapefruit tea has mature and is opened how long will it last in the refrigerator or do you store at room temperature? At any rate how long does it last?

      Matures at room temp for 3 days and then refrigerate and use all winter for tea

    안녕하세요. 자몽청 만든 건 잘 봣습니다..
    근데..궁금한게요.. 그런 건, 너무 일반적이고,너무 흔해서...
    제가 우연히, 외국산 코코넛 파인애플 음료를 따서 마시다가, 피로회복제 박카스 디 맛하고 너무 똑같아서 맛 없어서....재수가없어서 욕이 나올정도로 맛없어서 갓다 버리려다가........
    그냥 우연히, 코코넛 파인애플 +작년에 담근 매실 엑기스 원액 + 감귤 주스를 함 다 섞어보자..싶어서 햇는데, 어... 맛잇더라구요.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    그래서 묻는건데요., 여름철에 나오는 과일류 같은 걸 몽땅 다 섞으면 맛잇지않나요?
    왜냐하면..시중에 파는 열대과일 음료들도 보면, 성분이.. 사과+파인애플+ 오렌지+ 감귤+살구+복숭아+ 라임+망고까지... 다 섞어서 팔더라구요..................................
    게다가 레몬, 블루베리,자몽,망고, 온갖 거 다 섞으면 괜찮지않을까 싶어서요...
    오로지 1가지 과일 맛만 내서 만든 음료는 시원하게 갈증은 없애는대신..그거 마시고 나면, 또 다른 약간 허전한맛이 땡기더라구요... 특히매실음료 마시면, 신맛만 강해서 더더욱 그렇더라구요...
    그래서, 여러가지 과일 즙이나,과일음료 원액을 다 같이 섞는 것도 나쁘진않죠 ?>
    보통 최대.,.. 과일음료를 몇종류까지 섞는 게 최고의 조합일까요? 그 이상 종류수를 넘어버리면 맛이 엽기적으로 너무 이상해진다든가하는..그런 게 잇나요 ?
    실험삼아...방금 마시는 건, 코코넛 파인애플+ 감귤+ 매실만 ..3가지 섞어서 해 보았는데 , 매실음료만 마시는 것보다는 훨씬 괜찮네요.....
    궁금해서요

    Brings back memories, i used to love to eat a bite or two when my older relatives used to make this. I never liked the tea really but i was young, it did taste good i just liked the jar of syrup and the candied pieces more.

    i did this and it was too much sugar!! if you are going to do this, put the sugar a little or ask your mom- but it tastes very good with soda (of course when it have little sugar)

    전 12개 사다했는데 손이 문어발 됐었어여 ㅜㅜ그이후론 다신 안담가먹었는데 영상 보고나니 한번더 만들어봐야겠어요~
