Thank you so very much for the old historic photos - My Grand Father Jean-Paul Pepin is a renowned painter at the start of the 1900s (Peintres de la Montée St-Michel); he painted over 5000 paintings of Old Montreal to attempt to save the 'patrimoine québécois' the beautiful, magestic buildings. He stood there in front of a building scheduled to be demolished and refused to move....until the destruction began. You can find films of him (Radio Canada) he was interviewed for his quest to save the Montréal buildings! Thank you for sharing with us...this is great....!!! Take great care, S.
Thanks for the picture with my great grandfather, at the the 2:30 mark, Montreal Shamrocks. Barney Dunphy, coach. The tall man in the suit, back row! My grandmother used to tell us that she polished the Stanley Cup as a child. Great montage.
Quelques photos ne sont pas de Montréal mais de la ville de Québec, surtout le Citadel et la statue de Champlain, aussi bien que le Château Frontenac. Si vous allez montrer des photos, soyez correct!

Cool. It's great when you recognise someone who is your family in historic photos.

Well, these pictures might be old but none are rare. The're all very well known and documented.
Le respect aurait été de mettre les descriptions en français. Bonne intention, mais le travail pour un rappel historique est mauvais. Désolé !
All those expats😂😂
