I tried using the mod for this purpose before but the shovel never worked for me. It would pull back but never swing. So now I'm more confused since I haven't done anything different from this video :/

tip: MUST use a new save, if not ur save will be overwritten and progress is lost. I just did that to my solo run :') luckily it was only the 2nd quota

yea gamemaster is kinda outdated and is a bit buggy (when you first startup lethal company, the first save file you load is broken, so have a dummy save file you dont need to load from then exit and then load the main save file you want). It's best to look for alternatives to gamemaster, also you should use r2modman as your mod manager since no ads

my laptop is I believe a notebook size so the keyboard does not have an insert key, so how do I open the UI menu?

i believe you can change it in the config files using the config editor in r2modman or thunderstore idk if thunderstore has it tho.

Yes. Using TeleportTerminal mod (by TankHalfEmpty).
It let's you save a spot and teleport to it on demand
I also recommend No_Deadline (by Popgamer46) so you dont have to restart every 3 days.

No they will spawn randomly at a vent

The DanceTools mod can spawn enemies on top of you. This usually does require you have invincibility on or something so you don't instantly die, but it saves you having to hunt the entire map for the random vent that GameMaster spawns them at.

Sounds like you got unlucky because this has never happened to me

gamemaster breaks the first save file you load into when you first start lethal company, your other save files will not break if you load them after you exit the first save. A temporary solution to this is by having a dummy save file you dont need, then when you first start lethal company load this dummy save file, then exit, and then load into the save file you want. Another solution is to have a backup of your save files and copy and paste it when you need them.
