- A compilation of Rebecca Schaeffer's TV and film scenes during her brief career. All that is missing is Amazing Stories (1986), which was completely blocked by copyright, and Radio Days (1987), which I cannot find. Out of Time (1988) can be found on my channel.
Something I want to point out-in examining Rebecca’s brief filmography, a very clear pattern emerges:
In One Life to Live (1985), she’s pursued by a guy she doesn’t want (Danny), then later, a man breaks into her home and secretly watches her.
In Amazing Stories (1986), she’s pursued by another guy she doesn’t want (main character Phil). [Scene not shown due to copyright]
The opening lyrics to the theme song for My Sister Sam (1986-1988) are “Everything starts like a knock at the door, you don’t know what it is but you know who it’s for”.
In Out of Time (1988), a man (main character Channing Taylor) goes to her workplace asking for her and her address, then follows her to her car at night. She’s also threatened and attacked while getting into her car by a different man.
In Voyage of Terror (1990), she comes face-to-face with a killer who chases her.
That’s 5/8 of her roles where she is being stalked, pursued, or harassed in some way, with each scene feeling eerily prophetic. Perhaps there’s something to be said about the amount of violence/terror inflicted against women in our media that so many of her fictional roles harbor resemblance to the real-life tragedy that struck her.
His death was programmed by the power of the darkness and it was a sacrifice for the devil because she has signed the contract.
So beautiful and talented... a brilliant person and a natural star... We do miss her so bad... but she'll shine forever in our hearts. Always beloved and remembered. Greetings and blessings from Italy.

hi !! ive recently found out about rebecca and im so glad i did, but i can’t seem to find her role in one life to live, like the full video..? ive looked everywhere and ive had no luck. ive only found it with the docuseries your biggest fan, but do you have any idea where the full episode could be found ? thank you so much for reading.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find it either! Due to the large quantity of episodes soap operas tend to have, finding specific episodes is difficult in general. I have searched a lot as well but haven't found much. I can only surmise that her arc took place roughly between June and October 1985, and that most of her scenes take place with character Danny Wolek, played by actor Tim Waldrip (also known as Tim Owen).
I’ve always thought soap operas ought to have complete databases available to the public! Would be a daunting task for sure, but I think worth it in the end if only for history and preservation’s sake. Clearly the production company behind the docuseries has access to some kind of database, it’d be great if viewers and fans like us did too. I have reached out to the editor of that episode, not sure if I will get a response but it’s worth a shot.
@@RebeccaSchaefferArchives ugh 🤦🏻♀️ that is incredibly annoying, but i couldn’t say im all that surprised. though im not giving up on the search for it!! the small part ive seen of it (and that’s available to the public) is so full of talent, and she deserves better. but thank you so much for the reply, i really appreciate it.
@@starsandmountains_ Not a problem! I'm still trying as well, I've messaged a producer and I'm hoping that works out. Soap operas are just so tough to find, every other role of Rebecca's wasn't too difficult but the one I want to see most is honestly her arc on OLTL! There's clearly lots of drama and potential for her character from the small clips we do have. So I do hope we are able to find something some way to honor her brief career.

It might be more productive for you to contact him on Twitter or Instagram if you are still interested in pursuing Rebecca’s arc on OLTL. As for My Sister Sam, it looks as if there are few options to watch anywhere. I have found a link (www.ecrater.com/p/37792662/my-sister-sam-seasons-1-and-2?gps=1) which is selling a DVD of the two seasons. It has episodes S2 E6, E11, and E20 that my UA-cam playlist is missing. However, it seems as if S2 E14, E15, and E22 are missing on both. Also it does say the episodes are “VHS quality” which might not be that good. Reviews of seller are mixed, I’d take it with a grain of salt if you’re interested in buying from them.
