wowzers, that is pulling a LOT !! I used to try, to carry around my extra 100 lbs, that i have managed to shed, eating at least 2 lbs spuds a day, for 3 yrs 7months now. But i was nearly bed/home bound by the illnesses & the weight. I gradually did arm & leg exercises on the bed, the 1st yr. Then few steps outside, few more each day, now, 8000 -55 minutes, turned 69 Jun5th.. Never felt so healthy in my memory, from 11 to 66, Then the starch solution, Chef AJ's way. i know she interviewed u before. I would just die in that heat, couldn't go out in our heat, get heat exhaustion, very easy & gonna pass out. But, now, it is cooler & walking most days again. Soon gonna be working in the fire wood piles with hubby. my fav outside movement. ok, sorry to talk ur ear off, tfs take care 👍👍🦵💪💪🥔🥔🍠🍠
I have a 29er that I also ride on the same track and other places too, it's great for exploring and finding new places. I like to do other things too though. I enjoy this training and my posture is doing great, I rarely see ants out here.
I don't know how you could move from the shore to the desert!!! What a change!! I know you've built up to all that work, but being from Texas, I know it's easy for the heat to get the best of me! It's not just a matter of hydration, it's overheating! Take care!!
yes I did get overheated a few days ago and felt sick for a little while after I got home. Being very careful. Iced water at all times and carrying frozen water bottle with me too.
So funny! Dr ESSELYSTN other half Ann -- she's probably a quarter of your size and she also does the tire work out! I'm just giving you a little tweak it's very funny because it's a macho work out Ann enjoys! She's on UA-cam pulling a tire to! From what I heard on a interview podcast with some doctor or somebody interviewed by Dr Hubermam The Huberman podcast -- whoever it was said to push your body hard even if it's just for a few minutes when you're weight lifting when you stress your body almost like a fight and flight for just a couple minutes that's where the muscle growth calms it's great for your immune system for your health and strength something like that. So I go out and I don't do that so I'm trying with a run walking which you were the one who got me to be committed to doing however I have a heel injury I'm so sad and I'm super tired anyway always fun to check in see what's happening
Thanks for the update! Would love to see where you're living now!
The grown out beard suits you! Nice to see a video from you again.
Hey, thanks!

Just ride a 29er bike on these trails bro. Dragging the tire is bad for your posture and kills too many ants.

Keep up the great work! Starting to get humid in QLD not sure I could deal with the heat in NT. Hope your spud supply is still local to you.
Do you experience anxiety or panic doing these types of things?
The opposite actually, this makes anxiety much better for me.
Wow! Good for you! That’s a heck of a workout! Take care.
Yes it was! Thankyou :-)
Good to see you back. 👍
Thanks 👍

that's cool!
huberman uses so much drugs and says he feels mega depressed because his diet has tanked his serotonin lol. What a fail of a leader.
How have you found the ironedge weight vest? I’ve been looking at investing in one, a bit worried about the vest rubbing on the skin in the heat…
I love it. I wear a compression top underneath it to avoid chafing.
Glad you were able to escape Danistan.
