    Love ANDREW choosing the right food! I lose site of that ...right foods have nutrition, fiber, water= heal me. Work on choosing right foods....sounds like developing a good habit!

    This is so true, some days all I do is eat eat eat and other days I struggle to get 1200 calories in because I have eaten so much the day before, great advice, I'm looking at doing a spudfit challenge for 2 weeks 😊

    Man you’re looking fit and healthy. When you said “bottomless pit”, I raised my hand. I have had pretty good success with 8:16 hrs of eating. But even if I eat my healthy plant food (and am satisfied after I eat), I still want the junk. I might have to look at your book/plan. I love potatoes. My nickname growing up was spud😊

      Eating windows seem to work for lots of people so I shouldn't get too down on them I guess. For some people (me!) they take a decent amount of willpower to stick with and that's going to wear thin eventually. Let me know if you have any questions.

      Eat a potato before you indulge in the junk food. You really may still need more food. I carried cooked potatoes in my purse for a long time when I first started this. Now, I usually don't think about junk food.

    I have another problem. Half way to the hunger I already crave common food and I give in. My record was 10 days on starch diet and I always slip :(

    @0:57 I Disagree with this video SO much. For so many people, mindfulness is important in their lives, and provies comfort. For him to say "don't think we need to look into mindfulness" is very rude. Also, do not forget... this is man who has no nutritional degree, his not a dietician and his getting paid by the liberal government to promote the vaccine on vegan fb groups. he got paid 10k to make a pro vaccine post on his fb :(

      If you like mindfulness then go for it, not sure how I'm being rude though.
      Also I think it's hilarious when people say this shit about me being paid by the government to promote vaccines! I'd really love to know where this idea came from? I wish I made 10 grand out of it but sadly I did not.

      This is not anti-mindfulness. It's anti- people being told they're just not being mindful enough, when really they've been misled about the food. It's cruel to tell people who struggle with overeating that they're just not trying hard enough by not being mindful. Mindfulness is an incredible tool for living a good life. But it's not the first port of call when you're still being told to eat high calorie density foods as part of 'moderation'. That's trying to fight a battle you can't win and then being blamed for it.
      Also please send info on how we can be paid to promote the vaccine to andrew@spudfit.com. Definitely want in on that.

      @@SpudFit You are actually being very rude by chuckling and laughing as you dis mindfulness. It's apparent that you use your male agression and power to speak down to people. Laughing in peoples faces is a sign of disrespect @0:56 when you breathe agressively and laugh. You also never showed your bank account screen shots to prove that you didn't take 10k from the Liberal gov to prmote vaccines, so you must be hiding something! You have also told people not to vote Greens or AJP so you have abandoned the real vegan movement, for your own self promotion. Otherwise, you would be voting Greens and promoting us ,but you choose not to! I wonder why! I can think of 10,000 reasons why!
