There’s 2 bolts that bolt it to the engine block then there’s 1 on top that brace it against the fuel filter housing. Be careful with the gasket between the tube and the engine block. Mine ripped and was leaking. Had to replace.
@@maxt8176 Amazing and thank you for the feedback. Glad to know my video is of help??? Any problems or issues when following the video??? I don’t get a lot of feedback and it will help. Thank you! 🙏
Had the same problem. The OEM CCV unit did not have the replaceable filter. New module was $1,000. I did however remove and replace my unit from underneath.
That tore me a new azz hole...gotta move the harness. It's tight azz helll. It's a bytch trying to get to all the screws to get it out from the bottom. But I got it done....and saved labor money. Gotta change my fuel pressure sensor cause it's faulty as sometimes my truck don't want to regen due to the fuel pressure sensor sending the wrong pressure reading...
Fuel pressure sensor is much more easier than the CCV Module. If you changed your CCV module filter the fuel pressure sensor is gonna be a breeze. Thank you for watching!!!
I would say once because the new design which is the shorter one that I’ve installed is stated by Paccar to be maintenance free. As time goes on I’m watching for that code to pop up again. If you’re using the old design the interval I don’t really know cuz it’s my 1st time messing with it.
Yow u know seh a di same code me a get and end up change the whole module and still a get the code so my next move is to change the upper and lower hose
I showed a list of things that trigger the code for eg my valve cover gaskets were leaking. Even leaving your oil cap off can trigger the code but you’ve done the hardest one and most expensive one 1st. The rest of diagnostic is easier. Good luck
Yea fi real! Mi ago check out them other stuff i saw on ur laptop screen just to rule them out but i do think its one of them plastic hose… Respect still case about 3 weeks now it did a puzzle mi
@@mr3000gtman if you have the updated 1 like in the video it’s Maintainance free meaning you don’t have to replace. Only thing to worry about is the motor spinning the filter.
Definitely a go getta, not afraid of a challenge, inspiration frfr
Dang I appreciate that 👍👍👍👍
Thank you for all the informative videos. Please keep them coming. You out here doing the Lord's work!!
Doing the Lords work. I like that 😂🤣
AWESOME ..... Keep up the great work Brother..
Will do and thank you for watching 👍👍🙏
How does that dipstick tube come out, after i take the bolt out on top.
Does it just pull out

@dentrizzle got it,thanks a lot man.
@ no problem 😀
Dealing with this same issue right now they gave me the WRONG PART just like you… what’s the part number for the correct filter
@@GtPRiCH it’s actually the right filter if it’s shorter than the original. Had it installed at the time of the video without any issues currently.
Great job brother

Thank you buddy for information! 🙏🏻Tomorrow im gonna start to work on it
@@maxt8176 No problem. Just take your time with those breather hoses cuz they may be crystallize. 👍

I would just get the new design cuz you won’t be able to find the old design because it’s being phased out.
Good job 👏

@dentrizzle I had mine changed in September so hopefully it's the updated version
@@mr3000gtman look for the maintenance free sticker in and around the ecm. They should put it there if it’s the updated version.
