What are the criteria to get CCC. Is following the architectural drawing will be enough? My contractor is saying that we even need civil engineer , structural engineer people to endorse and also to make sure that the longkang and even the sewage tank is clean.
Hi chester. I have bought a house in ss19 and the extension doesn't have approval. The extension done is the kitchen and the master bedroom in the first floor. If I want to request for a approval how is the process and the cost involved? The extension have been done very long time ago by previous owner. The master bedroom extension is done in 2008 and the kitchen extension is done by the first owner so I'm the third owner of the house
If you have the approved drawing plans then you just need to submit for the CCC, which might cost between RM3k-RM5k + summons for terrace intermediate link house. If you don't have the approved then the cost will be more since you need to engage architect to redraw your house plans for approval 1st before applying for CCC
So what's the rough total cost including the summon and the drawing? And also is it relatively save to not apple for the approval because I heard in subang there are many cases where the extension is not approved and they are still doing fine and I also heard if the houses are very old already the mbsj won't really care about those houses@@chestercheng.realestate
20 years ago my house obtained the CF from MPSJ. Do I need to change the CF (MPSJ) to CCC (MBSJ)? If I were to sell the house, does the new owner need to obtain a new CCC for the house or can still use the old CF?

Yes, you need the architect drawing and engineering drawing approved 1st. CCC would be the last step after completing of the renovation

Old CF is also valid. But as the multiplicity laws keeps changes, its hard to tell. I would suggest you to double check with the officers in MBSJ
TQ
Who is supposed to get the CCC please? The contractor or house owner?
The owner's responsibility
CCC = Cari Cari Cari Makan 💸! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Hilarious 🤣
