Actually, Jackie, the seller can fire us thank God it has not happened to me yet and I do everything in my power to prevent it. but I’ve heard agents that said the seller fire them for whatever reason so we have to keep that in mind as well. As long as we are hard-working transparent professionals honest realtors will be OK. 🙏🤩

Being a new agent I agree with the schedule part the 4 P's are essential! But at the end of the day the only way that I know of the generate leads with ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY(because she says don't spend money on marketing) is hosting open houses, door knocking, attending events and posting regularly on social media. If I am going to spend money then I don't think that spending money on marketing is a bad investment because you are still getting yourself out there and letting people know who you are and what you do. One thing that is not discussed in this video is how to get those leads that she's talking about calling... It costs money to gather that information using skip tracers.

I always felt this way. The first year of my career I was on them phones and made so many contacts. Then I switched to another company and they are heavy on trainings and meetings. Which isn’t a bad thing. Knowledge is definitely and practicing is key. But I’m making less contacts now spending so much time in trainings and meetings when I could be on those phones like I did in my first year!!! It’s not benefiting honestly. As a REALTOR in a small town I have to totally disagree that having clients first is more important than knowing what to do with them 😂 if I would have started dialing before I had all my stuff figured out I guarantee I wouldn't have got a single one of my clients, and I would have looked like an idiot, resulting in me never getting them or their family/friends as a client.
