When working with resin always work in a well ventilated area. Wear a respirator with organic vapor filters and wear nitrile gloves.

The Fast cure resin from let's resin works like magic for the flowers. Mix and let it sit for 15 minutes then pour and they always turn out pretty. Here's the link to it if you want to check it out.

I love your blooms Tish and these are beautiful. It's good to know that there's a resin everyone can get to achieve this technique too as I've seen tons of vids of people timing their resin until it gets to a certain temperature which is super confusing. You've narrowed down a 'formula' so to speak for people to give it a go with more confidence I'd say ❤.

That's not how I thought you did that, for some reason I had that injecting process they use with jelly in mind! You're right, the magenta one has more of a 3D effect, but they still both beautiful!

How come the white pigment didn't go down to the bottom?
And another thing... is swirl possess is a must for 3d effect?

If you use too much white it sinks down. It only takes 1 drop of the white in 1oz of clear. This is the white I used
The swirl is just a shape I like to do. It's easy and gives a nice 3d look to the petals.

The resin I used is a 1 to 1 ratio. It is a fast cure epoxy. 20 minute working time.
Hi - sorry to piggyback my question on this thread, but I wasn't sure how to get a question to you. I believe you did a UA-cam or Short video on a 4.5" holographic forest mold from JuliaArt. It has a moon in the upper right and has a treeline, that I thought you did in black - and I LOVED it so much, I bought the mold... I just can't seem to find your video. Was that you??? If so, can you provide a link to it? I really love the night treeline and wanted to give it a shot. thanks!

I was working on some other projects when I did these and I did these right after I mixed the resin but the other things I was working on took about 20 mins and the fast cure resin was still workable which is a bonus 😊
