I told my husband tonight that it was my favorite cookbook to date. Making the Turkey Spinach Patties and tzatziki for dinner tonight!

Always looking for Turkey burger recipes as I have not eaten beef or pork for almost 46 years. My burgers were always dry. Your recipe was thorough in that you included which ground turkey to use. Burger were superb- juicy, tasty and delicious. I did add 8 ounces of finely chopped babybella finely chopped mushrooms per package of ground turkey. Added juiciness and moistness. Best burgers ever!
It is good. I skipped the mushrooms because I think they are disgusting but I did add some chopped onions to add moistness. I love my burgers moist. This works well on beef too. I'll be making this again.
These Turkey burgers were amazing! We had them in a bowl with lots of veggies and some pickles like a burger bowl. I prepped them on Wednesday and cooked them on Wednesday but reheated-and ate them for Saturday night dinner! This will definitely go on the rotation list. Thank you!
This recipe video is just on time as I just bought ground turkey yesterday. So, I’m switching my plan for the turkey and making your turkey burgers! They look amazingly mouth watering! Thanks Lisa!
@@Downshiftology the chicken Piccata is one of me and my husband’s favorite meals. It’s insanely delicious 😃 I also love your cook book …. You are awesome. 💕
These burgers are the best ever!!! I would take these any day over five guys! You have to try these, I have made a batch for the freezer, so juicy and the flavor is the best
Many many years ago, I learned about adding mustard and Worcestershire sauce to ground turkey to make it taste like beef. This was from America’s Test Kitchen. I made the best turkey meatloaf in my life, and have kept this tip forever in my arsenal.
I just tried this recipe, and it came out so delicious. Since I cannot eat beef, I eat a lot of Turkey. I would have never thought to put mayonnaise in, but it was very good. Thank you. 😊
Those turkey burgers look yummy. That’s a great idea adding mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. A lot of the time I like using lettuce instead of a roll. Thank you
I’m a bit of a burger fiend, and now that I have an air fryer, I’m hoping I can save money and possibly make a healthier version of the usual takeout varieties. This is definitely something I would do myself since the recipe is soooo easy. Thanks Lisa. In the UK, we don’t always have fat % on our labels. Turkey thigh mince (what we call ground meat) is a tastier and more moist option than turkey breast mince, which I have found to be dry and tasteless, tbh. I often buy turkey mince for bolognaise since I need to limit red meat and chicken mince isn’t as widely available as it is in the US. Hope this helps some UK readers. xxx
Absolutely love your recipies, the presentation and the exact measuring info's❤ I am gluten free as well and you are the one to follow❤ You are amazing❤
I'm gluten-free, so I can't have panade. And while I have almond flour in some of my other meatball recipes (pork or beef), I find that you don't need it for these turkey patties.
I love the idea of adding the mayonnaise and mustard. I hadn't tried that. I typically add chopped apple, celery and onion to my mixture. I will try it with your tips next time!😋@@Downshiftology
It should be okay! But this recipe was made with ground turkey in mind so there might be a slight texture change since ground turkey is much leaner and less fat than ground pork or beef.
Yummy!! 😋😋 I will definitely be trying these! I have been wondering what to put in them to make them more juicy, this is a great idea! I’m not a big fan of mayonnaise, but I will make do with it for this recipe! Thanks for your yummy 🤤 recipes!🙏😃💕
Hi Lisa!!...These burguers look amazing!!...it is exactly what I was looking for..cos I can't eat bread lately...not even my beautiful sourdough :(....Love your channel :)
