안녕하세요, 찐푸드님! 그리고 구독자 여러분! 영상에 소개된 크라이치즈버거의 대표를 맡고 있는 신지우라고 합니다. 이렇게 200만 명이 넘는 구독자분들 앞에서 메시지를 드리려니 긴장이 됩니다. 😀하지만 이렇게 용기를 냅니다. 영상을 보고 계실 모든 분들에게 감사와 환영의 인사를 꼭 드리고 싶었거든요.
크라이치즈버거는 햇수로는 11년 된 국산 햄버거 브랜드입니다. 외국에서 수입한 브랜드 아니고요. 프랜차이즈도 아닙니다. 2013년에 부천 작은 동네에서 1호점을 열었고, 그 후 11년 동안 열심히 햄버거를 만들었습니다. 직접 번 돈 전부 털어 넣어서 매장도 하나씩 늘렸습니다. 당연히 모든 매장은 직영으로 운영하고 있고요. 빠르게 확장하는 것도 좋지만, 그보다는 오래 오래 손님들에게 꾸준한 사랑을 받는 브랜드가 되고 싶었습니다.
크라이치즈버거의 목적은 단 하나입니다. 찾아오신 모든 분들에게 만족스러운 한 끼 대접하는 것이죠. 그 하나의 목표를 위해 지금껏 열심히 달려왔습니다. 빵 하나, 채소 하나 허투루 준비하지 않았습니다. 햄버거의 핵심인 패티에도 과감하게 투자를 했습니다. 영상에서 보신 패티 공장은 매장 2개 세웠던 시절부터 시작해 지금까지 키웠습니다. 시도하고 또 시도했습니다. 지금도 맛있는 치즈버거를 만들기 위해서라면 물불 안 가리고 뭐든 합니다.
찐푸드님과 같이 작업을 하기로 결정했을 때 정말 기뻤습니다. 이제껏 크라이치즈버거를 믿고 찾아와주신 손님들, 그리고 이 영상을 보시는 구독자 여러분들께 저의 11년이 인정받는 것 같아 가슴 한 켠이 찡하기도 하고요. ‘손님들의 만족’ 그 하나의 목표를 위해 험난하지만 옳다고 생각한 길을 걸었고, 그 선택이 틀리지 않았다는 걸 이번 영상을 보고 다시금 깨닫게 되었습니다.

Looks great, other than raw meat next to products that are not going to be cooked is a no no and using the same gloves after handling raw meat products also a no no. Change your gloves!
